Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel reviews
23I ended up staying here last min for 5 nights and I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised. For one - the location is perfect - right in the entrance of both soho and Tribeca. Every staff member we interacted with here was so nice, It really changes your stay. Rooms are typical smallish NYC rooms but was perfect for us as we just spent some time there but were out most of the time. Everything was clean and only con was that to date (end of June), the beautiful rooftop and biz lounge are still closed due to Covid. Would definitely stay here again!
This place used to be my favorite. Now, it's very mediocre. I was placed in a very outdated room. The security deposit has increased from $100 to $200 and the view of a brick wall for 6 days is simply the worst. I won't return.
Stayed at the Hotel for one night and was charged for a Vanity mirror that the front desk person first told me was missing, and then when I questioned over and over she told me it was broken. So I advise you to do I walk thru with someone from the Hotel when you check in and when you check out. I Have been in so many places all over the world and never in my life had to pay for something missing or broken in a Hotel room. Be aware.
Clean, comfortable and great service. Visited July 2019, and my only complaint is the sound of the AC fan. Not something I am use to, but otherwise no issues
Good location close to SoHo shopping and restaurants. Only a couple KMs from the Brooklyn Bridge. Price is pretty high though but I guess that's just NYC in general?
Helpful staff. Great view from the club level deck - highly recommend the upgrade to enjoy this space if you will have down time at the hotel. Super close and convenient to SOHO shopping and fabulous restaurants.
Good location on Canal St.easy walk to 911 memorial. Rooms are small, but average for NYC. Clean room. Small lobby area.
The hotel is nice and modern, it's a great location, the room is nice and clean. They have a nice business center a Starbucks and centrally located. The only thing I would say is they could offer more room toiletries and a small refrigerator but everything is great. The associates have been very pleasant. So far my Wife and I our enjoying our stay.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven.com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around.

Great hotel at reasonable prices. Descent restaurant but surrounded by very good places to eat.the location is the key to this hotel
Located conveniently in tribeca with awesome rooftop view. Complimentary snacks and coffee/tea are bonus
Hotel is ok, close to subway, front desk is nice.however, the room is a little narrow. We also found multiple yellow stuff (looks like coffee stain) on the bed sheet. Toilet flushing is weak and there weren’t enough paper towel prepared in the room on our first night (3-4 pieces facial paper towel and 20% toilet paper towel). So, the service is kind of not as good as other hotels with similar price we have lived
Being in New York this hotel has an affordable price and a good quality-price relationship. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. We paid like 100$ per night for two people.
Came for a bachelorette party. Nice room and bathroom. Loved the rooftop happy hour. Helpful front desk staff (especially Felitta, who was very nice!) Only problem was 3 tiny elevators is completely too few for a hotel of this size. Plan to wait 10+ min each morning!
Housekeepers are kind but as for the hotel itself? Very very poor hotel.elevators need to be replaced.also found bedbugs. AC was inconsistent and not good.overall experience was an absolute mess.would NEVER stay here again. SO. GROSS.
Great location, very close to the subway station, SOHO, and China Town. Breakfast in the morning and snack bar open all day. Happy hour at the evening with free wine. Room is pretty big for family of four. Staff is friendly as well.
Stay here all the time. They do a great job. Staff is always very nice. Stay on the East side if the hotel for amazing sun rises!
Gutes hotel in mittelmäßiger lage, zimmer sind sauber, teilweise etwas zu dunkel, personal immer freundlich aber auch hin und wieder am gras rauchen
I'm a returning customer, and I have no complaints. Any sacrifices in room size are made up for in views, location.
The hotel was easily accessible from the subway. It was clean, lively, and professional. Everything you expect in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and quick, the room itself was very comfortable and stylish, and I was able to get a good night's rest like I never left home.
