ShopRite of Greenway Plaza, Yonkers NY

This used to be my neighborhood Shoprite. It is an ok place. Does lack things other Shoprite's have.

I have been going there for years no complaints. Just have more cashiers when you have a full house so the lines won't be so long. Thanks have a great day, God Bless

Easy access and parking. Very friendly customer service. However didn't have some of the items I needed that are always in stock at another Shoprite location

Great staff & diverse selection of products.
They definitely go above and beyond for the customer.

It takes longer to check out than anything else. The prices are great compared to cherry valley and others in the area.

Dirty ShopRite! They don’t fully monitor shoppers when directing them to lines, there are no dividers in the express line 4. I never see anyone clean anything is this location. At least the one on Tuckahoe has dividers for every lane. Ppl just don’t care about COVID, but don’t lie on the site when you state your COVID guidelines!

The line to pay for the groceries was extremely long, if your are a senior citizen you cannot shop there.

I've been coming here to this place for a very long time now and I can tell you that I love this place alot because of the things I buy and the sales that they have but the expiration dates need to be a longer time before they do expire but all and beyond I can say that the service is great but a little hectic due to the people in the store but all I can say is that I love this place to shop and don't want to go elsewhere may this store shine and keep on thriving.

Where do I begin? I will list them

1) Not enough Organic Fruits and Vegetables
2) Not enough health food in the health food section. No gluten free cereal besides granola
3) No organic cheese
4) Not a good variety of non meat foods.
5) No variety of Dr. Praegers Veggie Burgers

One has to shop at Wholefoods in Ridgehill. They don’t cater to vegans/vegetarians at all.

This place is probably best when visited during daylight hours. The staff is slow and not very helpful. When I asked where an item was I received a begrudging fingerpoint.

The aisle layout makes sense. The specs in the meat department are off and I've noticed labels being off (know your cuts and review that price per pound). Might be losing money in ground beef (. I also noticed plantains are often sold out.

Love this place, there's always parking available, they always have great deals and is pretty clean every time I've gone, also the vegetable area is always very fresh, they are a complete supermarket very easy to find all groceries and good prices

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. This place is disgusting, disfunctional, ghetto, as is the night staff. My boyfriend and I walked in and they accused him of stealing $4 eye drops after we spent almost $100. They were incredibly disrespectful, yelling at us like we were kids and even threatened to have us arrested. This place is horrible, go to the shoprite on tuckahoe or scarsadale you're less likely to be harassed.

I love shopping at shoprite. They have good deals. I feel they need to improve on safety. There were several water spills throughout store. When I told a produce employee he had a very bad attitude n continued to work instead of getting somebody or cleaning up the spill. That's apart of customer servive.

Parking sucks. Can boot any time without reason. Be carefully. Offer free parking but they boot car with no reason.

Great international and organic /gluten free section. Elevator was down a few times including on my visit today so be mindful of where you park

Love the store. Manager Gerry is the best and the right man to run the market. Does wonderful things for the Community

Waited for Cust Service for a new card.the Cashier at the first register took care of me.within seconds I was processed and out of there. Efficiency.thats what it's Called.thank you, miss!

The worst customer service ever. Starting with the managers.
Only one girl at customer service stand was very kind.

Some of the staff members at night are mean weirdos. I have been shopping at this store for years. The staff has gotten to be the worst in the last few months. Some of them treat the customer like the enemy. Crazy notion.
