ShopRite of Greenway Plaza reviews
41If you are looking for fresh produce, can foods, quality cut meat, and beverages at an inexpensive price, ShopRite!
ShopRite in Yonkers Getty square is always packed with people. It rarely ever has enough cashier's working. I go because of the sales and it's only a block away from where I live.
Their produce is not fresh it's like trying to pick out the best of the worst. Their meat dept however has a very large selection. I still however prefer the shoprite on Tuckahoe Rd.
Produce is pretty fresh. They are always busy. Prices can be a little bit better but its the closest supermarket to me. Sometimes you can catch great deals. Staff can be a bit more friendlier.
Piranha, I walked out of CVS parking lot to go to an ATM one block away. I was gone 8 minutes. (ATM Receipt) He placed a boot on my car and demanded cash to remove boot. This was at 2: 32 pm. He mentioned that I walked right past him. He said nothing. Piranha In the Parking Lot.
What Government agency issued Permit # 93
Not enough baggers, to much stuff, in area where people shop in the back. To much stuff on the floors, Clean the place up.
Neighborhood grocery store been shopping there since I was little. Nice friendly staff food is good and fresh.
I stopped coming to this ShopRite due to lack of professionalism. I have seen some of the superior speak very inappropriately to staff. Most of the "managers" are very rude and it disgust me to shop in an environment like that. This place a lot of improving to do.
I didn't like it at all. The ShopRite on Tuckahoe road is so much better. Better stocked, better clean, better organized, just better all around
Love Yonkers. Free parking is always a plus. Shoprite is a bit pricey but overall it's a great place to shop.
I really don't like the crowd but I got a chance to see my boy from the manager hadn't seen him in a while. Hard work pays off
You have to go very early or very late Mon-Fri. Weekends it can become a mad house full and not enough registers open to accommodate the public.
Customer service sucks. Prices unreasonable. Store is dirty and packed. The people who work during the day act like they hate their job and have attitudes.
This ShopRite is ok. The only thing that I don't like is most of the produce is bad. I believe it's because of the neighborhood it's in. People don't or won't really complain. I go across town if I really want good produce and sometimes meat.
Clean, organized and full of friendly staff. I’ve been coming here 14 years now and I never have a problem finding what I need from apricots to zucchini. Prices are very competitive with surrounding markets and their meats are always fresh. Recommend this place to every one.
Although it is not the main option to buy my groceries, I find what I look for in a quick stop: chopped fruits, water, and gluten free cookies
Nasty place. Waste of time, for milk and egg took me 30 min to pay on Express line. Workers have no respect for customers.
I commute from the city to get my produce and meat - very fresh assortment. Has an organic aisle and sells some Non-High Fructose syrup ingredient products. More often than not this supermarket has an array of sales. Can and will get overcrowded whilst shopping during peak times. Wait times are really bad when this occur. Be aware of these times - due to the extremely long lines that curve around and into aisles you won't be able to see when the cashier closes his or her register.
This place gotta have the slowest cashiers in the world. The most ridiculous lines any and EVERY time. Even express!
Too many people on food stamps in this store. The worst are some NY State checks which require a signature. Avoid checkout lines if you notice someone trying to pay with one of these checks. There should be opportunities for people to get an entry level job instead of relying on government assistance to get their groceries.
