ShopRite of Patchogue

The prices are always good at shop rite that is why I come. The staff could use some lessons in courtesy and kindness. I must have walked past eight shop rite workers this morning and not one could offer a simple good morning. We can work on that though right?

Clean and big.but the best part is they don't cheap out on staffing. Even when it's crowded they have sufficient cashier's on hand to get you in and out fast.much appreciated.

It's your average grocery store. It's clean, but due to covid-19, usually out of the high-demand items, toilet paper cleaners, soaps, sanitizers.

I find this store pretty good, clean and on the cheaper side to which is a plus. However the quality of some of the products especially from the bakery are better off being bought in different supermarkets like stop and shop. Other then that it’s decent here.

It would be nice if the human resources dept would return calls left for them.
I was called about my resume for a possible position there. I couldn't take the call at that moment. Asked if they could call me back in 10min. They never did. I called and left 3 msgs for April in human resources and never got the courtesy of a call back. Very unprofessional.

Terrible so sick of the lack of registers and only self checkout. We pay high prices for service. If you want me to check my self out give me a discount.

This store always runs out of things on shelves and is below average. Meat Dept is an absolute joke. No customer service at all and sale items very seldom in the meat case.

Typical supermarket with crowded aisles a real fire hazard. Nothing special. The staff is great.

I guess I have my self to blame.again I buy from salad bar and fish.once again I can't eat it waste more of my money

Very well stocked! I don't think they like to give rainchecks.i guess they want their customers to have the product or sale product available for us. They go out of their way to find the item you want.

I used the self checkout there and it broke down and I had to ring up hours worth of shopping and remember all the coupons I used and I got so mad I only left with 1 thing 2 hours later. It was the worst experience of my life. And I am never going back

Great variety of brand names, excellent quality, neat stacking, a friendly staff, with an on-site bakery make this place an ideal place to shop.

The store had a slightly unpleasant smell.like an uncleaned restroom and some of the small prepackaged pies had ants crawling in and out of the packaging. Would not come back here again

I hate that I have to shop here. The Meats and produce are always garbage and over priced! To say the least!

Although not owned for the Greenfield family this is still a massive store that is clean modern and well-stocked. The store is on the corner of Rt. 27 & Rt. 83. It's a convenient, easy to access location.

Very clean, always well stock with on sale items, fresh bread, the BAGLES are the best in the early morning fresh from the oven! Every variety you can think of. The sales are great

Disappointed in customer service. Went here to purchase patio furniture set that was on sale. Couldn't find anyone to help me anywhere near the furniture display, in the store. Chose to shop a little & return to display. Still no one available. Proceeded to checkout. Cashier paged for assistance & checked me out. After paging the second time & requesting a "front end" manager, I waited 12 more minutes, paid my bill & left the store. The "front end" manager was socializing with someone, five registers away Won't return to this store

I was in early today.the deli department is much to be desired.you have 2 people on the counter and 4 to 6 people in the background wandering around. I work in a deli and when I see unproductive people it shows poor management.you have one person actually helping customers and one slicing preorders complaining loud the whole time.shoprite was once a nice place to shop at.in the last year not so much.guess its upper management cutting payroll and sacrificing customer service

I love this store! There was so much to chose from and the people that work there were so helpful. I was even given a page of coupons with stuff that I wanted. I'll go back, for sure.

Love shopping here, but run out of sale otems very quickly on weekends; particularly meats and boxed food items.
