ShopRite of Patchogue

Very crowded, long waits, long lines. There is never enough staff working. Even the employees complained about not having enough employees to handle the long lines while the owners kept cutting hour more and more.

The deli department is in need of some training. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 months and have asked very clearly for thin sliced cold cuts but all 3 times not thin at all. Please train the employees.

Prices too high and it seems the cashiers need to be retrained on diversity and on customer service.

Great prices good meat and always have what I'm looking for i travel from Southampton just to get my grocery

The score is good but the employees suck very rude Isles of type people constantly getting in your way

When there for the first time last month that's my new Supermarket from now on large selection find everything you want great prices

They removed the express checkout lines and added 4 self check-outs. Horrible trying to check out with a few items now during peak hours.

Extremely disappointed. The produce was horrible! The peppers had mold! Gross! Red delicious apples were by no means delicious.they were soft and mushy I only found 3 that were ok but the one I ate wasn't good at all. The rotisserie chicken was completely dry. I threw it out. The prices were high even the sale stuff. I used to like ShopRite.what happened? I'll be going to Stop&Shop from now on.

The meat department sucks, never a good selection to choose from when the store opens. For some godly unknown reason the union workers can't get the meats out before the store opens.
