SmartPark JFK, Queens NY

Good service and very organized. No complaints! Shuttle was timely and my car was exactly how I found it.

I bought it off Groupon! Super affordable and cheap! After buying it they made me pay an additional $17 for taxes/fees. So beware! They also take you to the airport and pick you up. When I got back my car was ready. I will definitely purchase this again!

I love this place. I'm flying at least 2x a month and they have the best rates. And it's so easy.

Very good service. No haggling or any issues. I left my car with them for a week. They are prompt in answering phones and help with any questions you have. You call them once you have picked up your luggage from JFK. They had the car ready by the time the bus from JFK reached the parking lot.

Just missed my flight thanks to the extra 20 minute delay caused by smart park jfk. One employee checking in cars, checking bookings, and driving the shuttle. Thank You

Right after we arrived, handed over my keys, grabbed the claim check and a minute later we were on the shuttle.pickup was <10 min from JFK and our car was waiting.price was same as advertised.would park again A+

Have used this company for the last 6 years at least 3 times per year never noted mileage and gas before until they were the news. In February I decided to take a picture of the mileage and gas upon my return my gas was below half a tank and 10 miles added when asked was told they had to move my car to another location. Ok I took that left. In October parked again came back this time 15 miles and my gas was almost on empty from the half a tank left. Will never use then again.please take note of your mileage and gas.

Easy to book and prepay online. They park your car and take you to the airport promptly. You call them after getting out of the airport and they come fairly quickly and to a place usually easy to understand. You get to the lot and the car might be ready for you or a short wait.

I used SmartPark at JFK airport in November 2019. All the staff was professional and friendly. They picked us up when we returned in a short time and our car was ready to go. I will use SmartPark again when I fly from JFK.

Service was really good but when the car was returned to me it looked like they drove it through a salt flat. I washed my car a week before and it was clean when delivered but when I got it back from them it was a bit dirty. Be careful with a nice car as you would anywhere but otherwise great service and would definitely use again.

I've been using smart park at JFK for some years now. I never had a problem with them and my car is always ready. I ask if they would keep up the good work.

Great service. It is second time I park my car in SmartPark JFK. Quick shuttle bus. I have a tracking device in my car. Whole time it was parked in one place until we came back. Recommended. Will use it again.

Best parking option for JFK. Conveniently located, professionally operated and a safer option than leaving your car in the long term parking lot. Our driver bypassed the airport traffic and dropped us at the terminal, avoiding the conjested drop off area and leaving us right by the escalators up to departures. The return trip was also seamless, and our car was waiting for us upon arrival. SmartPark is the best option!

We have been parking here going on 10 years. I can honestly say that I have no worries while on vacation about my car. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located to the airport. It has never taken more than 10 minutes or less to arrive at our terminal. Pick up from terminal is easy and quick.

Excellent service. Quickly dropped us off at the airport, and had a car dispatched immediately upon our arrival back at JFK to pick us up. Great job by the team for being responsive and prompt, and good value for the money.

Quick and efficient. No wait coming in and leaving, even though our return flight was 1: 30 AM Sunday. Driver picking us up at airport was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend. Will use again.

We arrived to SmartPark at 4: 00am to then be taken to gate for our international flight. They were quick, prompt, and professional. Coming back, we called to be picked up after getting our luggage, as directed, and they were at airport in 15 minutes. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent! Will definitely use again!

Used to use the parking spot but switched over when they closed. So far Smartpark JFK has been great. Have used them about 4 times in past two years.

Left our car here when we flew out of JFK. Convenient in and out. Shuttle was prompt and service was friendly.
