SmartPark JFK, Queens NY

Usually can get checked in and out quickly. Had one bad experience. Was turned away because I didn't have a reservation. Don't normally make reservations but for some reason I had to have one to park that day.

Quick and friendly early morning drop off, late night pick up (parked 4 days). Shuttles were clean and timely.

Great place to drop the car off when travelling. Close to JFK and the shuttle busses are fast!
Could have a better rewards system for frequent users though. But better than parking tickets. Happy to use them again.

I have been using SmartPark JFK for some years by now. Very friendly people. Secure parking. I fly out of JFK several times a year to go Europe for business and all these times never had an issue with this guys.

Damage found / broken window on my vehicle when picking up on 28 July. Claim paperwork handled well by Perla when identified and now waiting on manager Diego to address and pay for the damage. Message left today with Samantha for Diego to call me. Will update review pending how Diego handles the claim!

Departure was fine, but only had 1 guy working on a Saturday night. Took an hour from time I called for pickup until I got my car.

UPDATE: After contacting customerservice email I got a phone call from the owner apologizing for the delay and wanting to make it right. As a result of the call, I'm raising my review to 4 stars.

Convenient location. Quick trip to JFK. Return trip is a bit longer. Overall they do a decent job.

Very worth it. Cheaper than a taxi. As soon as you drive in they take your bags out of your car to their bus and drop you off in front of your terminal then pick you up just as fast

Close to airport, good size lot, nice Friendly staff, fair Pricing. Reasonable time to drop off and pick up. Relatively easy access from the highway.

I always use them for thw past 10 years but I called to reserve a spot for 3 days, they told me they are only taking cars that are ataying for 7 days or longer. Wow. Dont know qhat to think now.

Staff at the JFK Smart Park are friendly. Parking prices are reasonable. Never had an issue with my car. My car is always ready when I return home from my flight.

They have this down! Shuttles are quick/friendly, and car is always ready. They car about getting you in and out

Great spot to park fast service and safe. Shuttle was fast for drop off and pick up. Driving was a bit reckless but it's New York lol

Great Place with Reasonable rates. I particularly like the fact that they do a video inspection when checking in your car. Thats nice as it protects both us and them. If you claim that they damaged, you can check the video!

My first and last experience:
When dropping off the car, the valet uses a video camera to record any previous damage. I thought this was very smart and I really appreciated it! When I returned, I had a doubtful suspicion that there was a new scratch on my hood, and frankly, I didn't want it to be true, because I didn't want to deal with filing an insurance claim. So as I was paying, I mustered up as much politeness as I could, and asked if I could see the video for some reassurance. As soon as I asked that question, the girl there flipped her attitude and very immaturely started scowling and became very short with me. I managed to speak with the manager, who then showed me the video, but she was very threatening and made rude comments about my car. When I asked for a copy of the video, she refused. With this kind of lack of professionalism, this company really needs to reevaluate who their customer is in order to run a successful business.

Best rate on Groupon. Your car stays safe while you’re on vacation. They never disappoint! I’ve used their service a few times and will continue to do so when flying out of jfk! Super convenient and affordable.

Great experience. Drop off was easy, in shuttle in 2-3 minutes. Recommend reservations since they get booked up during high times, no deposit required. Pick up took 10 minutes and car was ready to go. Price that was quoted was accurate.

I come back from a long trip.don't need to worry about a dead battery.the car is cold on a hot day, the car is warm on a cold day.the shuttle bus is very fast.attendants very friendly. I love going there.more convenient than a limo! (I can make stops on the way there and on the way home)
