The office staff was efficient and polite, as was the hygienist. The dentist was excellent. She quickly assessed my dental issues, and offered helpful guidance aligned with my needs. I will definitely be coming back for regular cleanings!

Best experience I have had at any dentist. This is the first time I can actually say I have had a positive experience at a dentist. I am someone that’s terrified of going to the dentist, but my doctor at Soft Touch Dental makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Inessa is the best. Everyone there at the office are very friendly, and make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Previous review: Incredibly unprofessional. No treatment plan was offered and they insisted my insurance wouldn't cover without even submitting authorization requests first. They insisted that I would have to pay $900 upfront and refused to even work out a payment arrangement. I am more than capable of paying but if I'm going to pay for services, they will not be with this rude dentist and hole in the wall office. I've worked in Healthcare for years and I have never encountered such a rude provider.

My God was a nervous going into this appointment. I had to get a second molar extracted due to my grinding and the first extraction, done a year ago with a different dentist, was an absolutely traumatic experience. Not the case this time! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, I was seen right at my appointment time (which has never happened to me in my LIFE), hygienist was super sweet and the doctor was AMAZING. She literally finessed my tooth out. I’ve never gone home before thinking “wow that dentist was great” until now.

Staff is friendly, welcoming, and precise. Dr. Simone Gelman is very thorough in explaining the procedure and makes it seem like a breeze with her conversation and skill.

The dentist and staff were very friendly and efficient. They are patient and not rough, I hate to have my teeth cleaned because it’s painful but they were gentle as possible. They also took the necessary precautions due to COVID and kept the place clean. I needed x-rays and cleaning done and both were done quickly and well. The dentist gave me advice on what I needed to get done and what was not covered by my insurance but gave fair estimates of what the costs would be. I would recommend this dentist for sure!

The staff at the front desk are so polite and helpful. They helped me to coordinate services for my Mom, my 11 year old daughter as well as myself. The Dentist was so kind and reassuring. The Dental office is cool and cleaned to ensure safety of all of their patients and staff. I highly recommend this dental office for your family's dental care.

Cant believe it took me so long to find a dentist that best fit my dental needs. I've had so many bad experience's in the past, that I gave up on going to a dentist. I had an emergency a few days ago which gave me no option but to find one. Luckily, I found Dr Normatov who took me on a same day appointment. She was gentle, and careful with her work. She explained well, and gave me options on my oral health I'm so pleased I assigned her as my new dentist. I highly recommend to all!

Literally best dental I've ever went to. Their always nice, and have a great reminder system. The cosmetic work is outstanding and worth its price! I recently did bonding's and the results were amazing! It feels and looks like I have a brand new set of teeth's and I paid way less than a veneer. My confidence to smile increased and I wouldn't be able to do so if it wasn't for Dr Normatov and her lovely staff!

I'm not very lucky when it comes to my tooth. I find myself coming to the dentist frequently. I've been Dr Normatov patient for years. I wouldn't change over to anyone else. Dr. Bella Normatov and her staff are very professional, From the front desk personal to the dentist that cleaned my teeth, She is very knowable about how to continue to care for your teeth and keep your annual appointments. Dr. Bella filled my teeth I had know problems she is very professional and tells you step by step everything that will be done before she does anything. I am actually looking forward to going back to finish up some dental work. Great Dental Office.

I recently got a root canal done followed by a crown. My payments were divided fairly.my root canal was painless and crown was done so nicely I couldn't tell if it was fake. Doctor does great work. My daughter also did a whitening in one day with 4 sessions it was so worth its money! The results were amazing! I couldn't be more happier and thankful for our
dental work done by Dr Bella.

The doctor is the absolute best at what she does. She communicates well and her staff included have very good bedside manners. I'm always so skeptical on doctors because they always try to get you to do stuff you wouldn't need. But unlike other doctors, Dr Bella make sure she give
you options and explain everything. Her work is amazing and so are the prices! Good quality work for affordable prices. Cant go wrong!
