Great staff from the front desk all the way in! The hygienist gives the best cleaning. The assistant is very attentive, and the doctor is amazing and gentle. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Its easy to make an appointment and they have a great appointment reminder system! I’ve been going to doctor Bella for years, she does really good work.

Dr rct are painless.her crowns are realistic and her staff is friendly! Soft touch dental is over all a great office.literally anything is possible with Dr Bella.

Dr Normatov work is great I came in a week ago for my 6 month check up had my cleaning which was done so amazingly I was very pleased with my visit. On the same day there was a whitening special going on and since I had no cavity I decided to do one! I must say I do not regret my decision! The whitening makes me feel more confident about my smile
and I definitely have a whiter brighter smile! Great price! Great work! I will be flashing around my new pearly white teeth!

The worst place for your dental care. They made me come for 3 appointments for nothing, then the assistant said I need deep cleaning. The authorization for it was never processed and the doctor never returned my calls. For one year they’ve been calling me to make a f/u appointment. I told them off and had to block the number. When I saw my new dentist, he was shocked, I never needed deep cleaning. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t go to Soft Touch dental!

As a person with a ton of cavities, I have seen my share of dentists. Dr. Normatov is the best Dentist in Forest Hills! She was kind and patient, and has excellent bedside manner. She is also acutely sensitive to costs, and doesn't make patient feel compelled to do something that isn't covered by insurance.

I'm new to the area and I was having a terrible tooth ache. I decided to go to the first dentist I could find nearby and it was Soft touch dental care. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was pleased from the moment I walked in. I needed a root canal and a few fillings. She began treatment on my first visit and immediately took me out of my misery! Dr Bella is great at what she does! I highly recommend her services! I look forward to coming here for my 6 month checkups.

AWFUL, Don't go there. Desk staff is rude and UN-informed. I was first told to make appointment online and once I made it they called me to tell that I should not have made online appointment and threatened to cancel appointment. With so many choices available in the area you are better off not going there. Avoid this office.
