I haven’t colored my hair for the last 3 years. This time I tried to give a shot to Sophistique as my friend recommended. I absolutely love my new hair! And I’ve got so many compliments. I just want to thank Izabella for this beauty again.
Definitely will be back!

Absolutely would recommend this place. I just love this place, team of professionals will always make you feel comfortable and will give you an exceptional service. Ivan is the great hairstylist, definitely professional I was looking for.
Plus the prices are very reasonable for such a great service, of course don’t consider it as a cheap place, but if you look for a quality of work, then you definitely will be satisfied.

Did my hair with Ivan. Terrible work! He literally destroyed my look. I showed the picture of what I wanted and it wasn’t even close to it. Also, the way he colored my hair seemed that he doesn’t want to spend dye and trying to use less despite bad result after. It is absolutely clear to me that this person cares only about money and himself, not about his clients. And doesn’t admit his own mistakes. When I told him that I am not happy with results and people around me clearly see it, he refused to make a change or give me my money back.
To respond to the owner: I don’t speak for other clients, I speak for myself. I have to completely bleach my hair to fix what he has done. And I’m far from looking beautiful and my hair very far from gorgeous. It brings tears into my eyes when I look at myself in the mirror and totally confused looks in other people not understanding what happened with my hair. And I hardly think that half head balayage for $275 is a generous price considering the result I received and refusal to fix bad job.

Best Hair Salon experience I’ve ever had! My hair was done by Alex Samarets and make up by Dina Blanc. Everyone was nice and I was offered an array of drinks. I settled a latte, so tasty and felt pampered all the way. The outcome was even better, I loved my pictures with my husband:) <3! FIVE STARS!

I had a great experience with this salon! I was referred to Bella. I have long thick hair and wanted a treatment to make my life easier so it’s smoother and straight. Bella recommend the pro addiction and I am so obsessed. I have done hair Botox before in another salon and I was not impressed by the treatment and the experience. Bella is a perfectionist and has the most patience. She was super thorough and consistent with my treatment and I am so happy. The rest of the staff in the salon is also very welcoming friendly and professional. I reccommend this salon and I will be back again!

It is sad to see how new establishments, including this one, put lots of effort to gain new clients at first and with time almost double the prices and use cheaper products thinking the loyal customers will stay: (
FYI I have been going to another beauty place for 15 years, they have never raised their prices for the loyal clients and the quality of work and the products they used is always top notch.

Ivan Shatrov is a hair god! He did my wedding hair, as well as my 5 bridesmaids. Everyone was in love with their hair and looked stunning! He’s also given me a haircut and blowout at his salon which was perfect. The salon itself is beautiful and peaceful and it really feels like you’re getting the most luxury treatment and care. 100000% highly recommend!

I drive across boros to get to this salon and the trip is worth it every single time. Ivan and his team are world class professionals. The salon is always immaculate. The staff is friendly, personable, and truly artists in their craft. I always feel like I am on a mini vacation here. I constantly get compliments on my hair. Great salon! The atmosphere feels so personal, like one big happy family. Don’t let the familial feeling fool you though they are beyond professional, very up to date with the newest trends. They can achieve pretty much any style from hair to makeup to nails.

Sophistique salone is THE most incredible place you can find! Ivan Shatrov is absolutely brilliant! My color comes out perfect every time. (while i was told so many times by other colorist that I have an orange pegment in my hair and it will never come out blonde.) Ivan puts his heart and sole in to his work! He is a true professional and a very very very sweet guy ️!
