28Terrible service. I waited for ages.they are slow and don’t care that people are waiting and have more important things to do than hang around Spectrum.
I went to the store on west 23rd street to switch from Verizon Fios to splectrum since Verizon was getting too expensive. I spoke with MALA a sales representative who told me that Spectrum would waived the one time fee. Come to find out she lied to me. When I received my first bill the fee was not waived. Deception at its best!
Very friendly and very helpful staff. Definitely get more answers to my questions in store rather than on the phone.
Went to Spectrum on 23rd street as a new customer and didn’t have to wait long. Was able to pick up equipment to set up in home instead of waiting for FedEx with equipment next day. Thank you for great customer service
The more people waiting the less reps they have working. Wait 20 minutes next in the que and they move someone else up in front of you. If molasses moved this slow it would never get bottled. Glad I’m not a customer and was just helping a friend return an item. The reps take their time also between customers DMV moves faster
Incompetent employees lost a sale that a poor sales rep over the phone worked 2 days to get its sad but I refuse to deal with stupidity why would I stand in line that long while people behind me get called and then told by a lost employee “ I don’t know I guess there’s no more names on the board” bye spectrum
It is very very bad. There is something wrong every time I am there. Either the machine for payment is not working or greeder has a attitude. I cancel the cable already. It just the matter of time I cancel everything. I have to put one star because I want to post this rating.
I always have a good experience with my in person customer service, specifically this Chelsea location and a rep named Ruth. She's so awesome I always ask for her!
20 people in line this Sunday, couch area under construction so unavailable. There to exchange fried modern. Got new one easily, rep threw in a new modem too since she couldn't verify that old one was still working. Mark old one back by bringing to UPS, no need to pack it, so that's convenient. All in all, good service, just a horrendous line.
This is the long awaited upgrade location customers have been waiting for. Air conditioning, short wait times, fast service, friendly and informative. I recommend this location.
I is so much fun to go to and you can use the computer and you can pay your bill and have your mom take you there
Rip off! They raised my rate by more than $20 per month. FiOS, on the other hand saves me almost $30 per month from what I was paying.

9.29.17 - large space with a lot of room for people to sit and plug in to stay charged. Nice staff and generally helpful.
Terrible customer service. Overbilled and refused to refund the difference despite proof and several calls to management. Switching to fios. Bye, spectrum.
Was paying $100 with TWC and now with even less service (take off two free Indian channels and no phone app) now paying $160. The worst customer service.
I wonder who in the world gives this company a 5-star review. I had used them as my ISP when my building didn't have Fios and they are absolutely the worst. When they came to install the internet, I got stood up 3 times and they came very late on the 4th time. If it weren't for the monopoly of service, this company would've become a history already years ago.
Worst customer service! Employees Ruth and Ignacio just stood around and ignored customers. I spent over 5 minutes waiting to get their attention and they refused to acknowledge me. I then asked to speak to a manager and they turned away as though I’m not there. Horrible service and no respect for their job, their company or the customer. Everyone USE Verizon instead
Literally the absolute worst company ever assembled. Their leadership team consists of Satan, Voldemort, Ursula, and Sid from Toy Story. Their head of customer service is a mix between Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan. Their quality control team is a piece of bread. I hate them
