Elliot was great, knowledgeable and took his time guiding me through home set up. Look for Elliot yet the whole staff was very professional so I'm sure anyone there will be great too. #Spectrum

I first came to the store because I needed assistance setting up a new internet account because one of my roommates was leaving our apartment and I had to take over as the main administrator for our floor's internet. We had the good fortune of speaking with Nich Manning who walked us through the process in a very patient, kind and professional manner. Taking into account that I was not as savvy as my roommate in technical terms and equipment he walked me through the process step-by-step and politely repeated himself in times where I didn't understand at first.

After our initial business concluded I asked Mr. Manning if I could come back in and speak with him in regards of being consulted if switching my phone service from Sprint to Spectrum since I was already signing up with internet with them and since I enjoyed his service I would prefer to talk business with him rather than another associate.

He gave me his card and several days later he explained to me and sold me on Spectrum's cell phone services FAR better than anyone I have ever spoke to across Sprint, Verizon or Metro PCS.

Working customer service for 10+ years gave me the insight to see when I shop somewhere which employees work for a paycheck and which actually work to help people and Nich Manning is someone who takes the time to make sure you understand and are happy with the services you sign up for without feeling like he is trying to push products and services that have nothing to do with your visit.

If a manager is reading this give this guy a raise/bonus and tell others to follow his example!

Ken S.was easy to work with. Very knowledgeable. Willing to assist. I Did not feel as though I was being rushed out the door. Overall definitely an asset to the company n deserves to be recognized.

The Spectrum store in Colonie Center should be prepared for the volume of customers for Saturday’s business transactions. There are currently 5 empty “service cubicles” as I have been waiting here for over an hour to return an unneeded router. Only 3 employee stations are in operation.very poor business practice!

10 stations to serve people. Only 2 open.for a waiting list of 24people. Going so slow. Please staff more people. Is crazy. This is every month. Sometimes 1hour wait.

Worst service I have ever received. Employees have zero knowledge and a 45 minute wait for a 2 minute box switch is unacceptable. I can't believe they are still in business.

Fantastic service by Tarah who greeted me with a smile, looked into the problem, was very efficient and affable. She explained what to expect in detail and was very thorough. Great customer service.

There is a wait when you go to Spectrum, that is to be expected, if you are kind and patient, you will have no problem. Thank you, Tarah!

30+ minute wait just to drop off modem when cancelling service, it should only take minutes for this. If I left it, they said there may be return fees

When my boyfriend and I FIRST walked in (it was quiet and not busy) majority of the workers were sitting and also placed all of their fore fingers on their noses ‘not it’. Took a while to even be greeted. Not a pleasant representation of spectrum. Also the person that helped us seemed very unhappy to be there.

They have been billing me more than what I was told. They have monopoly due to which I can't change my service provider. I have found them to be cheats and a fraud company. If you have some other service providers please chose them over Spectrum. It is the most dishonest company I have experienced in United States. Please avoid using them as your service provider.

I feel that spectrum is unfair to residential or apartment renters. But give the bigger deals to business operator's. In 2012 when Time Warner Cable was in operation. For basic cable which only had pay about $12 a month. It only had 21 channels to watch from. And the price never extended or never went up. Even into the next year. But I'm waiting for someonethat has Wi-Fi built into it and don't have to pay don't extra.or has data built into the television like a smartphone is it's called a smart TV but you're still paying for Wi-Fi why cuz it's not built into the television. It's called a smart TV when you're still paying for it. Wi-Fi it shouldn't be have to be paid for it should be in the television why we paying for router. Still trying to control everybody one day somebody will have kicked all cable companies out of the box

The worst service I’ve had to deal with. I inherited them because they took over time warner. With the switch came all sorts of changes each month in my monthly bill, their service sucks! Wifi is terrible and I’m just over them

Seriously? Do I even have to explain why I put 1 star? This company is terrible. Overpriced. Rude. Liars. You talk to 5 people about the exact same issue and you will get 5 different answers, with nobody taking accountability for anything. Awful monopoly- I mean company.

I now have Verizon Fios and I have No regrets in leaving Spectrum.prices were way too high and the service sucked!

I HATE Spectrum. Prices are so high and they seem to have a monopoly in Albany. Wish the legislature would set strict pricing for them. Worst cable service provider I have ever had.

Absolutely garbage and nothing but lies. Do not switch from Verizon. You will regret it instantaneously. Customer service from god knows what 3rd world country was zeeero help.

No one at this store knows what they're doing. They have given us faulty equipment, I correct information and they have managed to mess up my account. I thought there was such a thing as anti trust and monopoly laws in this country. Where is spectrums competition? Not on my street, that's for sure.
