Soo expensive! The service isn't even that great. Shut your service off for no reason. I would switch to direct TV if it wasn't for them wanting $199 without a credit check and I'm not about to get a hard inquiry just for cable.

Wifi is slow, anything from switching wifi from people to paying a bill has always been so difficult. They never want to make anything easy. It just sucks because it's the cheapest cable company in Albany NY.

Awful go to verizon, longest hold times in history. Internet so slow cant get through on demand movie, 150 a month with 1999 internet speeds

They came to install much before they were asked to and always keep me up to date on the latest internet technology deffinetly a fan of spectrum deapite the issues of them holding higher prices than time warner and lowerd service and more fees

I am spending my Saturday afternoon in the spectrum office in colonie center to drop of a wireless modem I no longer need. Last weekend I drove to Saratoga but the line was out the door. What an absolute embarrassment of a company. I spend about $2500 a year!

Called 800- corporate phone to check for any new deals. They said go to Colonie center to get a free faster modem and save $10/month. I hung up and thought, yea right, that will be an aggravating waste of time. I didn’t want to drive 45 min without knowing they were in stock. If they were, figured it wouldn’t work at all. Was mad the Colonie store did not have a phone. Seriously? A store with no phone? I drove up anyway. Turns out they were so nice, informed and fast! They scanned an old bill I brought in so I didn’t even have to wait for any data entry. 5 min and I was in and out w a new modem. Went home, plugged it in and in 1 min, boom, went from 50mbs to 100mbs for $10 less/month! Works great.

Insane prices and horrible service. Why do companies like this get to control areas and monopolize? Look at the ratings.they would not last if competition we're allowed.

Spectrum is horrible. It’s starts off all nice and then bam they screw your over for being a loyal customer who pays there bill on time and upgrades service. Treat your long time customer better and people will want to stay. Don’t raise our rates after the promo year is over and tripling our bill.

Even with the forced jump to hdmi cable boxes everything responds terribly. This whole new scam they have layed out for us is truly the worst. Worst customer service ever as well. Good job Spectrum you suck

A greedy and lousy place don't shop here. Boycott this company. Local #3 workers on strike 10 months. Not negotiating Fair contract. Taking away dental medical coverage and no retirement plan. And CEO take home 98 million home. It's unfair so is experience worker

First time EVER! My experiences with Time Warner and Spectrum have been horrific at best. Today I went into the Spectrum store for a remote replacement. Rahmel WAS AMAZING! I was in and out in less than 5 mins! I am still not a fan of this company but Rahmel made this one experience very pleasant. P. S. I am still switching to another company as soon as I'm able.

They are the worst I have a disabled client as they cut his phone off for 5 bucks and when he said he gets paid the Friday coming up they told him once he makes that payment then they would restore service which is greedy and disgusting, they make to much money to treat their customers like garbage

Tell you what, I am too tired to describe what I experienced using Spectrum as an internet carrier, the rating is the best I could give to Spectrum, no need for explaination.
