I went there today for 6 pages bluprint, was told come back in 45 minutes
A couple person was inside and doing nothing.
I went the other store and print out in 15 minutes

A few of us were at the store 10 minutes before closing using the printers very much to the chagrin of the employee who was angry and focused on "getting out of there".

Their design & printing staff is incredible. Always helpful. Patient. Really helps when you're your own PR department.
