Statcare Urgent & Walk-In Medical Care (Astoria), Queens NY

I was treated very well and professionally. I loved the doctor with her sincerity, wisdom and compassion for my condition. I would easily recommend it to anyone, family, friend or stranger. The facilities are clean and accessible. All around a big plus. My ailment was easily recognized and addressed. Very glad and relieved to have gone there.

I have been here twice for dental emergencies (infections) when my dental office has been closed. Attentive, professional front desk staff and I was in and out in under an hour. The medical staff made me feel heard and I received what I needed (antibiotics and prescription ibuprofen) to tide me over until my dentist could see me. I even got a message the next day to check in if i was doing better. Convenient location to where I live. I am glad to have them close by and highly recommend them.

The wait time was minimal, everything was clean and well maintained. I loved checking in on the ipad! Staff was super helpful and friendly, and never made my problems feel silly, and did their best to make sure that I left feeling like I'd been taken care of. I had a great first experience here and am so happy to live nearby so I know I have a great option for my healthcare needs.

I am always skeptical about walk-in’s but I gave this one a chance and was pleantantly surprised: staff was quick and courteous and I was in and out in less then an hour. I would definitely recommended this location

This place was great and reliable a few months ago but now there’s long waits and poor customer service. I showed up with a issue that I was seen for a week and a half ago but wasn’t resolved and I was refused to be seen because my insurance hadn’t processed the last bill that was a week and a half ago. Instead of contacting my insurance and rectifying the situation, I was simply told to go to another doctor. I asked the receptionist to contact my insurance so It can be resolved so I could possibly be seen but she insisted I go see another dictor. I will never return here and will make sure none of my friends or family go for any medical issues. Better off at the urgent care on Steinway!
