They never answer the phone, kept me on hold for an hour only to hang up on me when transferred my call

If you can find a better office, do it. There are no phones at this place. So if you have a *MEDICAL* issue or any sort of emergency (for instance I need my FMLA forms emailed to me and this office is so incompetent they couldn't get it done in the MONTH I gave them) you cannot call. It is a huge huge hassle. The only number goes to a customer service line upstate as if they're selling off-brand sneakers illegally or something. Makes no sense because the people that answer those phones are completely useless. Every time I go here there is a terrible wait time and have never been seen on time once. Not to mention if you are mentally ill FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THERAPY.

They are sending letters to my house asking to see my daughter. They do not answer the phones so I can complain and ask that they do not reach out to us anymore and we have a private doctor. I may be forced to file a lawsuit if these actions continue. What lack of professional and respect.

This place has the absolute worst patient call service. I waited more than a half hour on the phone to make an appointment because all agents were busy serving other patients. I waited until I was 12th in the cue from 36 and they hung up me. I called back immediately and was 55 in the cue. Again I waited until I was 14th in the cue and was hung up on again only to be placed 54th in the cue the next time I called. How in the world is this acceptable?

Needed clearance for surgery and nurse/doctors or whom is responsible for making sure forms are complete and sent did not send clearance at specified time although clinic had 2 weeks to complete forms.

Two different days and still no one picks up or returns my calls. Ive called the corporate number for Manhattan and spoke to a girl named Carmen who advised me that her supervisor Tiffany would send the message through so the Bronx location would return my call and nothing. Unbelievable!

I’ve been a very loyal customer to Stevenson family health center. I’ve been going there since I was a toddler, now I am in college. It is safe to say they are not the same health center I grew up going to.

I say this because there is a lack of professionalism from there staff, especially their dental staff. I’ve been calling for 4 months straight and placed on hold every time I call for hours and hours. I understand COVID-19 has brought a lot of complications in regard to service but that is not an excuse to have clients waiting on the phone for hours. Out of my 4 months trying to get to the Dental office not one time has someone call me back nor picked the phone up.

In order to schedule an appointment I have to take the time out of my busy day to take almost an 40 min trip and schedule an appointment in person. This is very Inconvenient because why do I have to go all the way there when I could have schedule an appointment over a simple and brief phone call.

Horrible, specifically the mental health clinic. I changed my son to that clinic and it was the worse thing that I could have done. Still waiting for therapist Melody Cruz to give the call back from last week. Was supposed to have a video visit with my son, never bothered to call or reschedule. My son waited for her for nothing.
Had to take him to the hospital because he needed help. Please consider this before you come to this clinic.

I suggest downloading mychart app and check in on thier. Check in on your way up through the app and you won't even be seated for mlre then 4 minutes and they'll call you. Ask your doctor to help you set up uour my chart account. No need to check in with one of the two ladies at the front desk on the 2nd floor.

I like the clinic and staff but I really HATE calling!
I beon hold for so long then when I get down to caller number 5 or something THEY ALWAYS HANGUP!
THEY STAY DROPPING THE CALL AND THEN I HAVE TO CALL OVER AND WASTE ANOTHER 40mins or longer on hold! How rude!
Need to do better with the phone lines!

Please spare yourself and go else where. Been waiting for my crown for almost a year. First the lab lost it and then the lab didn’t send anything at all. Service here is below standard. Never again.

I called ahead to make sure they was doing a certain type of test on the phone the person said "yes we are doing the testing but only until 3pm. I went at 12 got there the lady in the front sent me upstairs I got upstairs only to be told the testing is downstairs. Then the lady tells me we don't start testing until 2 finally 2 o'clock came and the nurse I spoke with informs me that the test I wanted they don't do but she can send me to another location. After spending 2 hours I just did there test and left. Not the best first impression.

I work for a Specialty Office near the area and had been trying to get a hold of someone all day long just to get a referral from a provider. I still have yet to get an answer from the office and have even tried sending them numerous faxes. Not sure who is in charge of the phones but no one ever picks up.

I been calling for two days now to get someone to see my 2year old son! I even did the “call back” option THREE TIMES AND NO ONE HAs CALLED ME BACK!

You need to do better please.
The Staff and doctors are good here but it’s so unprofessional to be waiting so long just to speak to someone!

Rude staff and provider would not recommend i had to call several times regarding something they forgot to do and the nurse and doctor were very rude about the matter. Its been weeks that situation should have been addressed and because it was escalated to administration they were not happy and how they are treating the patients make it very uncomfortable to even be a patient anymore.

I have been calling over a month just to get my daughter’s immunization mailed to me cause we moved out of New York and it seem to be an impossible mission. Last time they transferred me to a manager she told me I could find it on mychart and when I log into it it’s showing I have no immunizations on file.
It was very easy to get it for my son from Montefiore I don’t know why they making it so difficult I just need her immunization record school has reopened here and I still can’t enroll her.

Its pretty clean, some staff are nice

One thing I do hate is waiting 20 -30 mins to an hour for someone to answer your call just to talk to someone for a min or two or be put on hold and never get anyone

Always available when needed. They took outstanding care of my mother before she died. I find them extremely helpful when I call or go for myself.

I have been coming here for 9 years and I’m tired of front desk hanging up on me after i wait 20 minutes on the phone i love dr. David weiss but I’m tired of front desk banging The call on me! It’s better to go in person to ask a super simple question than call.
