I have been on hold for fifty five minutes listening to recordings. I have a very quick question. Have there been any cancellations. I have a toothache and my appointment is six weeks away. Maybe they need help due to call volume- not sure but this is ridiculous.

No comunication between the staff. You get there and no one knows anything. The clerks favorite answer is the Nurse is not accepting more walk in. Even if you get there half an hour after opening. Where is the patients advocate in this place?
