We received excellent service at the Tonawanda location when we took our Bissell carpet shampooer in for repair. It was ready for pickup in a week! The next time we need a vacuum cleaner or carpet shampooer we'll be buying from there.

Dealt with Bill at the Tonawanda location. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Outstanding service. Two hour turn around on an Oreck repair. One does not see that kind of service these days. Outstanding.

Awesome! The owner Bill is personable and highly knowledgeable. Excellent service is just what he gives every time I need to get any of my vacuums repaired or just to pick up parts. So much better than the big box stores. I am a forever customer.

I am usually very skeptical of any five * rating. Interestingly enough some of these ratings go back a few years which to me suggests consistency and not a bunch of family 'n friends promoting the place.

So I called and spoke with Bill. A well spoken and congenial fellow who will no doubt get my vacuum going again. Can't wait to get it fixed.

I came in 5 mins before close to get the belt replaced on my vacume. The service I revived was EXCEPTIONAL. Not only did he change the belt, he also cleaned the spiel and bag. I would go nowhere to get my vacum serviced!

The best place for central vacuum needs and more. The salesman Bill exceeded all my expectations in regards to knowledge of his products to instructions for the installation of my complete house. He is definitely an asset to have and also has a great personality. For home hardwood floors they have a great industrial grade mop setup with various mop head accessories which also purchased. I will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Bill that works there gets small business! You would of thought he was the owner due to his conscientiousness for the customers needs. He immediately put a customer on hold on the phone b/c I walked in the store - to help the customer in front of him not over the phone. Super helpful and polite. Called in on a Saturday looking for replacement belts for my Hoover Windtunnel vacuum. He knew exactly what I needed right away. Picked up some bags for the vacuum as well and his prices were better than what I was seeing online. Great place.

Love them. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Their life warrenty for their pieces means no more expensive fixes. We absolutely love the rug scrubber we got from them; its lightweight and works without tons of electronics. They also re-corded a non store vacuum that was damaged. It was a better cord and longer! Never had a bad experience here.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Took my Dyson in for repairs, and guess what, it works great! They called me before doing work and replacing parts to get a "go-ahead" from me. I've gone to other shops in the past. Don't go anywhere else. This has been a much better experience than the others.
