21Bill sold me my Riccar Vibrance at the Delaware Ave location in Kenmore, but when I went to this location he was there. He remembered me after 5 years! I am very satisfied with this vacuum. It does a great job on my carpets which is very important because I have 4 cats and a dog. It's also very sturdy and has survived some abuse (running into corners). I came into the NFB location to get some new vacuum bags. I was hoping to buy a bag of three so it wasn't too expensive, but the only bags they had came in 10 or 12 packs and were $18-$20. Money is very tight for me right now and when I said that I could not buy it.he GAVE me three bags AND a new belt! No charge at all! What a wonderful and caring man! I cannot express my appreciation enough.
