My appointment was at 10: 30am and had to stay at the mall til they came to pick me up after 4pm. I paid $150 for them to determine what was wrong with my car. Car is still in the same condition. $221 out my pocket for nothing. Next day I get a call from them asking how my service was which I explained

Take peoples money and take their time to give it back.nothing but a run around.disgraceful and unprofessional.i wonder if I would have been able to drive out of there with my new car if I owed them 500.00 dollars? 5 days later still waiting for my money

Really nice guys who worked there. They didn't show me anything about the car like those fast oil change places. Now that I know my 100k warranty that I bought w/the car is the useless for basic things, I'll go elsewhere. I don't have to go to Goshen to get my I oil chaged. But they were really nice. Especially the new sales guy! He was super! Showed me new cars, used cars.then took me in 4 a talk w/other guy. I'll consider it. The u/

I have bought many cars from Suresky for a reason. They are a very caring dealership! My husband is in a nursing home for rehab and they allowed me to bring the car here so he can see if he could get in and out comfortably. Not every dealership would do this. They worked with us on the price until we were comfortable with the payments. If you are looking for a top quality Dealership, definitely go to Suresky

The staff is beyond amazing. They’re all very helpful and on top of their paper work. Prior to my arrival almost everything was already set up and I’ve never even been there.
