Prejudiced employees. If you are not Indian stay AWAY from this particular branch. If only TDbank cared enough to read these reviews and make the necessary adjustments. I had their security blatantly try to put someone else infront me on the line telling me that the person was there before. Unfortunately for him the person was honest enough to say they weren't there before me. I walked up to a customer service rep and let's just say there is much to be desired. The professionalism is subpar. I was able to get some business done with a teller that was helpful.
So I never write a review about anyone but I was at TD bank this morning at Rockaway boulevard queens and this guy help me his name is Juan he have a very nice personality very friendly and nice person soft spoken best person to ask for to help you with any situation at TD bank very nice of him he made my day so much I definitely give 5 star because of him thank you so much once again Juan
Good place.especially the customer care service representative ms Dosheni Balram.very helpful and amazing person.she answered all my questions and was very polite.
Clean and covid safe~ This place let me sign in via a QR code outside so I don’t have to touch pens, paper, etc. Clear screens inside to reduce contact.
Great service! Rominie was kind and helped me very quickly with my problem.

I wish I could give less than a star for this specific location! This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had thus far in a banking establishment. I stood on line for nearly 30 minutes because I needed to get a time-sensitive cashiers check. However, when I finally reached the teller, they decided to let me know that their printer was out of service for the day!
I have been at many different places that make sure that they let their customers or clients know that their printer is out of service BEFORE they decide to wait on line. This specific location could have placed a paper on the front door notifying their customers that this was case. I am appalled at the lack of consideration that occurred today. Hopefully TD Bank is able to make sure that each of their locations provides a stellar experience for each and every one of their customers!
To much waiting outside but at the end Ms Carolin was able to help me with my complicated transaction. It was very difficult to figure out but she listen and figure it out by calling the customer service and she made my day. Thanks
There really should be security after hours because people are just walk through the drive through not going inside make it possible people with there car and want use the atm
Beyond professional customer service received from banker Carolin. She was very generous to give her time and her attention to listening and understanding my issue. She told me she will look into it and she will call me back, then she called after couple hours and fallow up with me on the phone and make appointment to fixed my issue. Exceptional customer care and service. Thank you
TD Bank is customer friendly bank - TD Bank is my first choice. But this branch is having Very very bad services - I face multiple times. They don't care customers equally. The Assistant Store Manager Bibi Salim (NMLS ID# 596646) does rough behave with clients. And the manager doesn't have his own opinion. Is there anyone to look into this matter?
Customer service give you Exceptional Service. All the tellers are polite and very helpful. Never had a bad experience. My only issue is that you can never get a parking the parking is taken by other people who is not in the bank but in near by stores.
Service is slow and poor. Wait 1 hour to find a coustomer service representative. Ordered statements a week ago but said they forgot about it.
This bank has terrible service 95% of the time I visit. The atm machine never works. Also, there’s only ever two employees here to help. This location makes TD bank The Most Inconvenient Bank EVER.

Bad customer service & “ America’s most convenient bank” but only has 1 ATM THAT DOESNT WORK how convenient
They change there time at store but Didn't change it online so I came far away now they telling me they are closed. Horrible
They are not open till 7pm like td is supposed to Monday -Wednesday they close at 5pm and security should do their jobs not grill people like criminals i personally think they fit the general descriptions of convicts

You can wait 15-20 mins just to use an ATM Machine
They need more ATMs at this location, having only 1 is not suitable.
TD Bank discontinued the coin machine; so have it replaced with an ATM.
