32 I went there to open an account with TD Bank head Teller doshine was so awesome
She has extensive knowledge and explained everything so fine fine
I think it’s high time that the corporate office comes in to address all the issues at this location, staff should be retrained in customer service, one atm inside the branch is a bit frustrating especially when there are 4 tellers but 3 out of the 4 or busy gossiping. I really wanted to rate this place a half of a star but I couldn’t.
This bank is slow.with there lines and the check clearings. I can't wait to close my account down.
Service is awful, I see many employees not taking customers and the line is outrageous. Looks like two got back from lunch and are lingering instead of helping customers!
One of the best banking experience i ever had, from the security guard to the representative, was great thanks a lot.
Came in on a weekday. Lines were long and busy. I was approached by employee M. Dunn and was offered to be taken care of. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient. Very pleased to be with this TD. Will recommend to others.
The tellers are not courteous at all and they often talk to each other about personal business than focusing on their customers. The managers of the bank are pretty good but the workers are rude and ignorant. They need to be retrained and watched over.
The lines are always long and there's always a wait with the atm, cashiers and drive thru. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time for even the simplest transactions. Not the worst td bank I've been to though
This location is extremely slow! I needed a replacement card and it took almost 2hrs of standing (seats are very limited) and maybe 5 minutes to get my card. I was patient but pissed unfortunately this is the closest location to me, its here or either drive 20mins just to get to another location, but on the flip side there's a gorgeous teller working the main counter. Lol
There were only 3 customers in the line and they take forever and they don't have a trash can so everyone just throw garbage here and there
Need to wait a long time just to access the safe deposit box. Went to close the save deposite box. The officer (I know HER name, prefer not to mention) was not knowledgeable, she had lack of patience.
Overall a very bad experience, bad customer service. Not bad, actually worse. Bye bye Rockaway Blvd branch
