This is the worst bank ever been standing outside for three hours just waiting to open an account this bank is like this everyday there is no customer service here something needs to be done workers don’t know anything going on this is the worst

Just the worse location. As a whole these guys need a revamp. Security Guards are signing people in and not letting people sign in themselves. If they want to save there brand as a bank might as well close the place cause these guys just don’t care.
I don't understand the bad ratings at this place Trisha was very helpful so was the staff that booked me in the line can't remember his name! Very prompt i recommend this location to anyone and if u do book try to get Trisha ️
Very impressed although the male teller told me to calm down they are faster than the Howard Beach branch I appreciate that.

This is the worst bank I ever seen! Especially during the pandemic! The assistant manager is very rude and unprofessional. He handled the situation very horrible. He doesn’t know how to work under pressure. The location also makes it worst! I’m not banking here, the most slowest bank ever. Don’t waste your time!

I really like the bank except for today i was really appalled by the way the staff treated a lady.
We were using the atm and she was helping another lady do a transition while her card was still in the atm she was using and somehow when she went to retrieve it, she couldn’t get it out.the inside of the bank was closed but there was three persons inside and she called out to them but they just ignored her.
A lady and two guys came out of there and she asked them if they worked there, they said no all the while turning the locks with keys And the lady was wearing a jacket that said td bank on it.they were very unprofessional and rude.
Had a check for my job and I did a deposit and waited it took 1 week my money didn't show up when I went to the branch they told me it bounced my account very bad customer service and the manager is very mean and lazy bad experience ever with this bank and branch
The slowest bank you'll ever go to! The staff are so lazy and slow to do their jobs. They take their sweet time doing nothing on their desks to waste time. Wouldn't recommend the bank nor the branch!

All of them seems very nice. The only reasons for bad rating is their slow af customer service.

Genuinely trash, 1 and a half hour wait for nothing. People were taking breaks immediately after each client as well. Honestly this needs to change.
Very slow customer service needs more staff. It looks like the staffs have a lot of time to waste because when the finish with one customer they have to take a break instead of moving to the other customer horrible customer service. Worst bank ever. Capital one and chase back are the best very fast customer service and friendly staffs.
