33 All I have to say is that this is the worst td bank branch ever. Customer service sucks. Employees have attitude and don’t seem to be very helpful. Wait is the worst. Switched to chase instead. Stay away from this branch.
I’m just sad that I could give it 0 rating they don’t even deserve 1 star.
Very slow, even on mornings that aren't even busy! TD is great everywhere else, but the one on Libetry Avenue has the worst customer service. I'm not sure if they are lacking bank tellers or what, but I've literally been waiting on the line for 15 mins with 1 person in front of me (6 in back) with 2 bank tellers. This makes no sense. Fast and convenient my a$$.
This is the worst TD bank I have ever been too, customer service is so horrible, management does not know what she is doing they always 1 teller working when asked manager that they need to put more teller she have attitude and say if u don’t like it there is more TD banks nasty attitude
Went to deposit my tax refund check, the teller took the check to put it into my account. I know it may take a few days to go into my account after a week I didn’t see it. I went back to see what happen, the manager said the teller did not deposit it but put it with other checks to be destroy as if it was deposited. This was probably the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a bank. I took it up corporate and they took action.
Waited for two hours in the afternoon before I saw a representative. Most other locations would have you in and out.
EDIT: downgraded from 2 to 1. Discovered that there was an error in a transaction that was caused by this branch. If you bank with TD, do your banking at any branch but this one.
This branch is always busy, however I'm a customer for years now and I've been to this branch many times to transact business. The assistant manager Nirvani is very helpful with all her clients. There's always a long waiting time, but the way the staff and managers treated you is worth the wait. They listen to you and help you in every possible way they can. I'll continue doing business with them. Good job team Nirvani and good luck.
Very poor service waiting time is ridiculous! Tellers don’t know to approach and speak to customers! Don’t know their maths.
I had a hard time there. I went to open an account and they told me I’ll be getting my card in a week, it turns out to 2 months. I went there like 4 times and the machine that print the card wasn’t working. Had to go to another bank in order to get my card.
THE WORST BANK EVER! Managers are useless. They would not even give any priority to their commercial account clients. But when these managers go to their commercial clients' establishment, they want to be treated like kings & queens and demand too much. Our corporation brings you the money, so you owe us the favor and not the other way around!

Chase is the #1 bank in all of US, TD bank is no good when u deposit your Cheque they take forever to clear it chase clears the very next business day I’ve had the WORST experience with TD the didn’t even approve my cheque as yet also spelt my name wrong on my account smh
This bank suck every friday i spend about 1.5 hours this is the worst bank ever.the staff is so slow.this bank is the worst if ypu value your time don't go to this bank please
This place is always crowded, under staffed and employees are ignorant and not knowledgeable about bank products. No employee moves with a sense of urgency. They have no professionalism and lack education. The branch Manager is also a joke. She's very disrespectful. This branch needs to be shut down and restructured in its entirety. FYI I'm a former personal banker and my former employers never ran their bank like this circus.
It's ridiculous in here the lines are always so long. Every time I come here smh they need more employees working.why I have to wait so long? Even waiting in here my parking meter is about to expire.
