Good customer service and they have available parking and also a drive thru service. How awesome is that!

Slowest customer service ever. These guys take a whole 30 min in between taking each client that have been sitting waiting for hours. I dont know if its just this branch but this branch is terrible. The greatest part about this branch is the painting of Canarsie theatre on their wall. Other than that be prepared to waste a whole day here if you come. You come in the morning and leave in the evening. Staff members having arguments with their bosses in front of customers instead of taking and getting customers in and out. I can go on and on about the foolishness going on at this bank.

After trying to check his account by phone, and being locked out his account. My husband and I went into this branch. Battling stage 4 cancer and he currently has communicable pneumonia (which means he is contagious) I asked if he could be seen ASAP. Astil asked the manager, who sent a msg to say, we have to wait our turn (which was fine with me, not so good for the other customers) This branch is the worst at Customer Service. Everyone always looks
Unhappy.
Assistant Manager Tasha need to be more customer savvy.

People only spend the time to negative review,
This flatland td bank, is small and convenient customer for got, TD employees they are human, this is a bank system, they try to do the best they can, I came here to open a account and wait two hours, and I was so happy, when I get to customer service, respect, professionalism, smile all the attention, the only thing here u have to be ready to wait, like when u going to doctor appointment, yes emergency room, supermarkets line, cloth store, motor vehicle,
Some restaurants.annie thanks for service.

I am writing this review as I am sitting in my car as I refuse to open an account with TD Bank. The spend their time laughing, joking and not addressing customers. After sitting for 35 mins I decided to leave. If I could I would leave 0 star I would gladly do so. The branch on Ralph ave is the same. This type of service and unprofessionalism only happens in predominantly community of color. Those branch managers should be fired as they are incapable to do their job.

I don’t understand why they don’t have enough staff on so that the wait don’t be more then 45 mins. Especially during the holiday season. It really makes no sense that I’ve been waiting for two hours, there’s only two people that really can assist me and a bunch of empty desk

Just raced here from another branch in Howard beach because it says they're open till 8pm, walked up to the door because drive thru has red lights, they told me they're closed. It's 740pm.

Always crowded. Always a long line. Always an over 30 min wait time for simple services.

TD banks in the city NEVER have this problem. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Clearly there's a demand for more tellers and advisors so HIRE THEM!

This is the absolute most slowly ran and flithy TD location I have ever seen. Waiting an hour for a customer service person already 47 mins after closing and instead of them have everyone working, they have two people taking like 30 mins per person. There is no sense of urgency, they are not organized, it's the worst. This turned me off from TD bank altogether.

Service is very, very, very, very slow.it's a Sunday afternoon barely anyone in here and I'm still waiting for a pin change, its been 15 min. Tellers are like snails as well

Someone has stole my card information somehow. Used it for sizable purchases. I get charged which put me in the red. Now td charges outrageous overdrafts. I deposited a check and nothing had been refunded. She said ok I'll put one overdraft back and waiting on credit from the fradulent charges. Overall what she said I'll be getting back and what I should actually have I'm missing about 80$. Investors bank is looking quiet good right now. Hell money in my mattress would probably be better

This place is extremely slow and needs new management that actually cares about the customers. They are inexperienced and represents TD Bank in an Unsatisfying matter

I went to this location despite the reviews who would think a Sunday would be bad right? Wrong not only did I wait two hours with them looking at me chit chatting when I was finally helped David was suppose to help me open a account instead told me they can’t cash my check and couldn’t open they account because it would take 2 days I go to ridge wood queens long story short I have the account Canarsie branch is horrible they lie to your face and help when they feel like it

Like another customer explained 4 months ago workers are sitting around doing nothing, it's despicable. 4 months later the workers are still picking through the lollipops while customers are standing there helpless as the workers converse about movies, friends and etc. Question, where is the brunch manager; probably among the chat group that continuously happens doing work hours.

Literally the worst customer service I have experienced at any bank by far. They either need employees that are actually going to work or they need to learn how to work efficiently. I know they can because the TD banks elsewhere, like Flushing and Elmont, have you in and out in a matter of minutes. Employees here are LAZY then get mad when you complain. Changes seriously need to be made.

The service is aweful. Most of the time you are standing on line and they are busy joking around while people are waiting. Very unprofessional. If you want good service go to parkslope.

Flatlands: worse service EVER in a word SLOW. I go with my deposit slip filled out money ready send it in the Carrier and I time them.they take forever. I know the can do better bcuz When I go in Long Island In exactly 1 min. I'm Done.sometimes I have to press the button to remind them I'm waiting.
