TD Bank, Brooklyn NY

Stood online over 15 minutes waiting for assistance. I was never acknowledged. Most of the workers were busy doing nothing; chit chatting, chilling, and one made herself busy rearranging lollipops while another stood there keeping her company. I went there to open a new account, but no thank you. Will take my money elsewhere. Was conveniently because it's within walking distance from my home.disappointed smdh

Worst TD bank in the world. When I went to the 24 hour ATM they accepted my $150 in cash. Then the machine said they can't except cash and took my money all together. I am very upset and I would recommend that nobody ever comes here. And the penny machine NEVER WORKS.

After new management, the service was phenomenal and the presentation of the branch became pleasantly cleaner. I'm grateful for the new manager working there since he has proven himself adequate enough for the job.

Horrible went there with my girlfriend they told her the wrong information, The workers dont do anything but sit around and wait for shifts to switch & lunch breaks to come then they had a fake security guard acting as if he worked there. I do not recommend going here for first time openers to much stress we literally sat there almost 2 hours. HORRIBLE

Disgusting employees are sitting around doing nothing service is SUPER slow, and then there rude when you complain dont waste your time coming here.
