25 Assistant manager AJ Did a wire on 07/24/20 and made a mistake. Now I’m out of my money and recipient never received it. No one called me back and when I tried calling, he hang up on me!
So the guy made a mistake (which I understand happens) that caused me to lose 10k but he didn’t even want to acknowledge it or talk about it.

Was a customer for 15 years but closing account!
Td bank take more than 3 weeks! To cash my check from work, chase always give all money available after 24 hours! Now 4 months i ask to close my account, bank long time was close, on the phone after long waiting time go down the connection, i sent already 5 security email nobody answer, I sent check for pay 2 months just because I have accoun and i don't use them and on my check I make note: please close finally this account, td bank charge the money, ignore my request to close account and now send me the letter and ask me for another 30 dollars because account it's open! Horrible phone customer service, really rude and arrogant, no respect for customer, terrible service, whatever you want everything is e problem. Go to chase, there life is really easy.
I was there to visit personal banker. According to them bank open 9: 30 am and I was there 15 minutes earlier (9: 15) i was behind 3 people.it was so hot outside and i was standing almost two hours still my turns doesnt come.its a horrible service.
Terrible customer service! There’s no designated waiting area btw so be prepared to stand while waiting, I advise go else where. Hillside in Queens is the best location
Possibly the worlds slowest bank whether there are lines or not. Lots of employees standing around chatting with each other. It doesn’t seem to occur to a manager (if there even is one) to add more tellers.
I like this location for the convenience, the tellers here's at this location do a good job at accommodating everyone's needs the best they can. Would like for them to tighten up on the long lines and wait time. Other than that, it's good branch.
The fact that I have to wait 20 minutes after 7pm outside because they have to close is bullshit. I went to use the ATM. I'm pretty sure anyone could care less about the staff closing if they're just gonna use the ATM.
Thanks to an error caused by the bank teller Daniella, I had to pay to receive my money after closing out my account. Why? Well because instead of asking how I'd like to receive my money she assumed I wanted cash because "that's how most people want it".
Very slow long lines waited an hour for something that only took 15 min to do people coming in and out of the back area and then just walk back there again and so or say nothing then one person disappear from customer service and now a longer wait. Unbelievable guess it’s not America’s most convenient bank when you have to wait so long wit hardly anyone in line for customer service
Lines are really long and i mean it. It is better to set up an appointment or get it done via atm or online if possible.

I would like to thank two individuals who have been very helpful and nice to my mother, if it wasn't for them I would have closed all my family accounts and went to another bank. These two ladies are Gloria Santiago and Angel Waller, they are professional, very helpful, excellent at customer service and always have the time and patience to answer any customer question. Thank you so much for making every hard situation manageable, once again thank you so much GLORIA AND ANGEL, and we need more people like the two of you.

Really ruins your day
Terrible service.
Came in to make a wire transfer and after filling out the paper work to send it over they said it wouldn't be able to be approved until the next day because there was no one in the bank that day to approve transfers but said it would be sent out first thing in the morning. I said that would be ok. They never sent it out the next day and I missed an important payment. I had to go to a different bank and send late.
Customer service is always excellent there's always a line but hey that means great banking lol
All the bad reviews are true expecially about the lady with the blond hair.her name is Laura. Bad customer service busy socializing but not enough attention to work and customers very disgusting. I guess TD bank doesn't care because nothing changes.
The worst bank and the worst branch! Every time there is not enough staff, service is rediculously slow it takes 30-60 min to be served
I went there there was an issue with my account they were kind and speedy I was in and out in no time they were awesome.
Super friendly staff, helped me out with a last minute emergency, and dog friendly. I've never had a bad experience in a TD bank.
The worth personal, especially a woman with blond hair on reception. Even when I said that I don't like service of this brunch and gonna close my account - she answered "no problem, you can do it any day. " No apologies and etc. Now I understood how bank take care about customers.
