25Lines are always long but I haven't experience bad customers services. Very pleasant when I reach the counter.
The manger very rude i was there today trying to do a transaction i was in the waiting area and the manger called to people known to her before me and when I said I'm here first she looked at me with her nasy face and said I know.
She is Ugly
Bank tellers are always helpful and nice. Convenient place to do business. Professional employees in unfriendly environment like this. To much rude costumers - rude amigos I guess!
Terrible bank. Went to make a transaction at the teller and they wouldn't accept my valid State I. D.or Veteran's I. D. I asked the manager politely what they do accept and what is their policy, and she rudely refused to explain herself, and told me to, quote, "Use the ATM". Extremely unprofessional, not worth the hassle. Avoid this Branch.
The manager benny is very rude. Threatened to close my account and acted as if he is above the bank and above the back office. Will not recommend this store. Go to the fresh pond one the staff there is very friendly and caring
