The Bronx Dental Center: Andrew Sarowitz, DDS

Very happy with the service and patience the facility has with me. They did my sons teeth years ago and now as an adult he has great teeth which is why I decided to go back and have my teeth done here! Great staff!

I really appreciate how the dentist kept me pain free and how personable and covid safe the staff were. One suggestion would be to make sure the patient bathroom has soap or sanitizer always.

It was extremely difficult finding a dentist and I had terrible jaw pain, jaw soreness and I could not eat for 3 days. They had an opening and told me to come in immediately. They were quick and although my problem wasnt solved they gave me answers which helped me know what was going on.

So I’m sitting here at the dentist office @ 10: 40 with a 11: 00am appointment. I get called on @ 11: 30, i sit in the chair and patiently wait. There is an employee crying here eyes out because the boss here on 7/2/2020 publicly shamed her infront of at least a dozen clients. He also called the cops on a African American client and claimed he had a “ gun “ when he didn’t. I have no clue what’s going on and I’m still waiting on the chair to get dental work done.

I been going to the Bronx Dental Center for like 2 years now and so far it’s one of the best places I ever been because they always check everything that you need to do and they’re really honest about it.like they never gonna say that you have to do something if is not really necessary. All the staff are kind and patient. O really recommend it.

Very disappointed in the service from this office. I have come here twice a year for almost three years and every time I make an appointment. However, the team places priority on walk-ins. Please be aware that scheduled appointments at this location mean NOTHING. Every time I come here I am made to wait over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time. If you are in need of unprofessional, delayed service then this is the place for you! However, if you are in need of a real dentist that is organized and has a system in place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

UPDATE!

Just went back to the office yesterday to fill a cavity. Service was so much better! I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The procedure was very quick and painless. I am planning on giving them another chance when it comes to regular cleanings as they were short staffed when I went 3 weeks ago. Hoping the experience will be as great in the future!

I walk in this afternoon with appointment I agree the young ladys in the front desk and they ignore me, I end up raising my voice up so they can see me! Way to busy texting!

Today was my first visit here. I had a cleaning done with Ricardo. My teeth feel so clean! He did an amazing job. Everyone was so kind and informative. I highlighted recommend this office!

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Catered to what I needed done! The wait as a walk-in was very quick. And the Dr.was very precise on what can be done as he showed me the xrays I had a choice on what to do next!

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They work with you and what too need while making sure you get the best dental care possible. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Excellent service, extremely talented and friendly staff. I absolutely love this office:) the proceedures are all completely painless and they do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Walked in to ask for Information ladies were busy chatting. Mind you I called before going in.
Greeted 3 times wasn’t acknowledged, until I said your in break? They said no I was like ohh because no one answers the phone.

Terrible service made wait over an hour and made no apologies. Then the attendant was rushed during my X-Rays by another attendant, so he didn't pay any attention the methods of placing the plaque.

Went in as a dental emergency and they took care of all my needs and took me out of pain. So thankful for them!

It was a good dentist experience. I looked like the lost my appointment for 10: 00, but they put me down and I was out by 11: 13 which is not a bad wait time. I have DC37 (1549 local) and they took my insurance. I went for general cleaning.

I love how gentle and caring my Doctor is. They are all lovely. I never have to wait long. We get straight to the point, and I’m out the door. The best care I’ve gotten on my teeth.

They are very slow. I have been here many times but the last two times they disappointed me very bad. Today I had an appointment at 10 am and it was 12 pm and I was still waiting to see a dentist. Honestly, I had to leave. I am not coming back.

Thorough, efficient, great listener. Was told clearly my options and left up to me to decide with no pressure to do anything. Very relaxed and easy going facility as well as the Dr.

What a pleasant dental office. Everyone is kind and professional. Just lovely; from the ladies at the desk, to the dentist himself. I had a positive experience and received great dental care. Thank you! A+

So far my experience has been positive. I have receive my clean up with no issues and the wait time more often than not has been short.
