The Bronx Dental Center: Andrew Sarowitz, DDS

Dr. Sarowitz's staff was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean. The rooms were clean and organized. Ricardo was very professional and while cleaning my teeth asked me if I needed a break and if anything hurt which I really appreciated.

I had an emergency on a tooth and they would not treat me until I paid for a full set of X-rays. They doubled the fee for a filling and tripled the price to pull a tooth. They have no standard billing fees and charge various prices for the same work. I would never go here again.

The staff is very nice. I will keep going back. But expected to wait for a long time. The good thing is they have tv in every room so that keeps you entertain.

My tooth was killing me. My friend had gone to this dental office before and recommended me. It turned out I needed a root canal done. They took care of the root canal. They accepted my insurance. I didn't have to pay a dime. Definetly will go back there for future teeth work.

Dentist is nice, but this is the 3rd time ive been waiting for them to call me back when my teeth are done. They did a fitting and said it should take a month, it has been 3 months, I called and they said "oh yeah, its been in, we forgot to call you". Horrible

I had a great experience at this dental center. They're very organized and welcoming. The wait time is very minimal. I will definitely be returning! I originally found them through ZocDoc so I'm very happy that it worked out well. I definitely recommended them for all adults and children.

They are super slow and unprofessional I made an appointment for 11am and had to wait 1 hour and 15 min to get seated and I was still waiting after that so I left straight up a trash place super garbage don't waste your time go to a professional place I made a mistake.

My overall experience was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. The Doctors are very professional and the atmosphere in the office was just incredible. I give this place two thumbs up.

******I have been waiting for 3 1/2 for just a routine cleaning on a Wednesday. I got to leave for work in 5 minutes. What am i going to do now. They keep telling someone will be right in but nobody has come to clean my teeth. This is unacceptable. Brooklyn Nets dentist, well maybe the don't wait this long. ********

The staff was so friendly that I was comfortable enough to get that much needed extraction that I was prolonging. Also pain was not an issue, not even after the extraction. I would recommend this wonderful dental clinic to the world.

I've been going here for a couple of months and I can say that I love this place. Dr. Shine is the best. She takes very good care of you. She makes sure you're comfortable and there is a tv in the room to keep you calm. I also brought my son and he said he isn't scared of dentists anymore.

Service is amazing. They are working in a timely manner, staff is very courteous, and honestly this has been the best cleaning experience I've had at a dentist. My mouth feels great, which is super important. I highly recommend Bronx Dental
