Elegant and graceful in every dimension. Superb outdoor seating, lovely ambiance, friendly staff, and delectable food.

Service was a little slow, seems slightly chaotic there. I assume that’s them getting past the pandemic thing. Other than a few hiccups the food was good and as is expected the cheesecake was excellent.

James (the manager) was amazing! They didn’t have the dip my son wanted so instead he made some accommodations. And man oh man was Lily amazing as well! She was so on point! My birthday here was amazing! I love it. Wasn’t the first time I’ve been to this location but they never disappoint. Drinks were good, food was even better. Everything was hot!

First time eating at the Cheesecake Factory and it won’t be my last! Please never remove the Godiva triple chocolate brownie from the menu

The place was jammed due to mother's day. Everyone was doing their best however the app was showing wrong delivery time for pick up so a lot of people were expecting their food before it was ready.

Food was awesome fried chicken and shrimp with rice, corn dog, bacon bacon cheeseburger spinach artichoke dip and fried crab bites

They have the best waiter in the Westchester county his name is Jared, he is so polite and so on point with his customers and his service is absolutely amazing. Always smiling and he is just Great, When me and my Sister's and other Family members go to the Cheesecake Factory we ask is Jared on, if there's a everyone deserves a raise in salary it's him, and Great Food always Fresh and always served with a

The food is always good at The Cheesecake Factory. Our party of two was sat quickly on Thursday night about 630pm in an intimate corner table in the bar. *Intimate* because it was so dark i needed my phone's flashlight to read the menu.
Our server was polite and efficient and our food was delicious. We'll be back. Maybe with headlamps to read by.

My mom loves this place. I'm ok with it. Good selection of food, but it's mostly all terrible nutritionally

JUST OK.seems passe! Waitstaff rather lackadaisical and food is nothing special. But adequate if that is what you want.

Love love love this place. We go as often as we can. The staff is kind and patient. My daughter wanted a salad with only strawberries and cucumbers and while the salad literally only came with 2 cucumbers, our waitress loaded my daughter up with strawberries. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day. The atmosphere is casual, and very family friendly. The person who escorts you to your table will ask if there is a special occasion today and if so you get like a piece of cheesecake or something. The food is great and the cheesecakes are phenomenal. Lots of options. Tender and juicy steaks.

The service here is really what makes me give this rating. My server was rude and was so quick at asking if I am done! And then he just abruptly took our plate away and we were still planning to eat! Because it was a date I got no chance to be like hey dude give my food back but really - what a terrible service experience.

I went for my niece birthday party. We waiting 1 hour to be seating then 2 hours for everyone to Get their food. Worsted experience ever. First time there and that will be my last.

Server was great and pleasant.but the food was nasty and without flavor. The manager came over and said sorry about that and that was it. I surely will never come back. This is my second time coming here. Ridge hill will always be a better choice. My husband and son agreed the food wasn't good and the wait time made us want to go to sleep. A nap in the lighting probably would have been better than the food.

Went to the Westchester location. Food was good. Nice view to the outside from window booth. Had my fave friend avocado eggrolls and more!

Cheesecake Factory is definitely a good restaurant better than most quick restaurants I love the guacamole egg rolls hamburgers usually pretty good too

Overall I've liked everything I've ordered from cheesecake. Some I've loved others I thought were okay. But I recommend coming here, although paying to park to come here is kind of annoying.

Big menu. Big portions. Big room. Big noise. You know what to expect. Lots of everything but charm, calm and creativity. Excellent for those who like it, a bit off-putting for those who want more of a sense of adventure, novelty or just something unexpected.

Had only 35 minutes to get in and out. They did it with a smile two days in a row. Ate at the bar the first day and ordered a skinny salad that I split with my colleague.it was delicious. Went back the second day and sat outside and ordered the same salad!
