The Cheesecake Factory reviews
25Tasty food, bad mood. Waited 50 minutes for our food, just for it to not come with the fries. They said it would be there in "just a minute", but apparently I ordered my fries in a different time zone because they came over 20 minutes later. Cheesecake factory? More like Displease-cake Factory.
Well who would have thought, they make other things besides cheese cake. I am not a fan of cheesecake so avoided this place until recently. I have to say, the food isn't bad either. The "low cal" ceaser salad was great, and the pasta was too much, but I shared it with the wife, and we both enjoyed it. Would go back, even though i hate cheese cake.
Bad services and poor waitstaff on takin ur order n forever to bring it and manager's need more trainning before callin themselves manager's
Just a lil too dark in there. Also, they sat us next to a plant that was in my husband's face as well as little plant bugs that kept flying around our food.
Very nice location and attractive exterior. Ordered Apple Crumb cheesecake and cup of tea. The cake was still frozen on the inside. Total disappointment. I think I will stick with my Italian bakery on Allerton Avenue in the Bronx, where excellence is the daily standard.
