The Cheesecake Factory, West Nyack NY

This place is always great I found it to be clean the food was very good! We were very satisfied!

Very good experience (during covid-19). Staff did great job allowing space and following necessary guidelines. Looking forward to going back.

I haven't been to tcf in years because it used to not he gf friendly. Well it is now. There are a wide range of options from burgers (with bread) to pasta. I had a great cheese stuffed burger (don't get fries though they share oil).

Establishment is clean were greeted and seated right away. They do somewhat practice social distancing as some tables weren't available to be seated. We were seated in a booth and people were seated in front and back of us. They do have shield in place between booths. Server was great and attentive to our needs. Food was great and overall experience were great. Party of 5

Very nice atmosphere, helpful server made sure everything I was ordering was in fact plant based. Didn't rush us out. Would visit again.

Steak wasn't bad. Potatoes were gross! Hard and tasteless, and that was 50% of the dish basically. Of course cheesecake was great. Martini wasn't anything special and wasn't a full glass.

Very good food. Service was a bit slow but nothing terrible. And the deserts are of course what to go for.

I waited 45 minutes after we sat down only to hear that my order had not even gone in and waited another 15 minutes after this to receive some poorly cooked, old food. Very disappointed. The waiter gave us the smallest piece of cheesecake to make up for the long 1 hour wait. The waiters are simply terrible and do not know how to do their jobs effectively. Atrocious customer service and the food defines fast food. Although it may not seem like fast food, the food at the Cheesecake Factory is indeed fast food. I will never go to this place again!

I went to Cheesecake factory recently for a small family get to together with relatives from NYC because we are from Dutchess County, NY so it was in between distances for us. And all I can say is that the service was amazing and the food was excellent. Everyone I saw worked really, really hard to try their best to make us happy and we really appreciated it. I would recommend the place to all my friends and family. The managers and the staff are a class act.:)

Placed an order on line. The portions are very very small and over the last 6 months the quality of the food has gone down hill. Will not be placing a take-out order again!

This place is extremely unclean. We requested clean utensils and everytime we got new ones, they were dirtier than the last ones. You can find better food at a greasy all night diner. Ill never understand the allure of this franchise. I can get good cheesecake anywhere.

Servers brought out the entree before the apps for the table next to me.forgot one of my orders.maybe it was just a busy night.not as clean as I would want especially when paying $60 for our meal.

It’s the cheese cake factory. Nothing super special. Oh try the cheese cake it’s very good. I don’t go for the New York Strip steak where they specialize in cheese cake.
Keep it simple!

The appetizers and sangria were great but the entrees were disgusting. Our waiter was nice though

I find it to be my favorite restaurant because it is know for all foods everything is delicious! I love it all and i love how nice the employees and waitresses are all of them remember my order and have the best attitudes! The cheesecake well you can’t get anything better then this! It’s amazing and the food is astonishing And the dessert is out of this world! They always are truthful to the wait and I love it when waitresses ask you for water because it shows they truly care:)

We had a party of 10 including diabetics who were made to wait for an hour just because we were told when we walked in it is going to be one hour.so they just make you wait.at one hour magic happens and they pull tables together.no attempt to adjust or help out

Do not go here, got food poisoning, service was terrible and your order is bound to be messed up

It was very weird. After having very nice dinner I decided to buy a slice of cake to go. The lady at the cake stand was very irritated. I don't know.don't sell cake if you hate your job? Just kind of left me feeling sad for her and kinda ruined my evening.

Food is consistently good here and portion sizes large enough to bring some home. Large selection
