The Cheesecake Factory, West Nyack NY

Good food. They give you too much to finish on one sitting. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes they're great, sometimes you see them once, get your food, and then have to hunt them down to get the bill.

Food was okay, but I was not overly impressed. I felt it was overpriced for what I was getting. The service was mediocre at best at the table. The hostess on the other hand is very nice.

Was a little disappointed in the food. It had been a few years since I had been, and I remember the food being much better. Cheesecake still rocks though

Olga and celestino the chef where awesome, the food was superb and super tasty every time I go here to eat I enjoy the food more than other cheesecake factory places because of tinos flavors wow ge is the man, thanks again cheesecake factory you rock

They refuse to let my young son sit at the bar while we waited for a table. There was plenty of room. The waiting area had no seats and was crowded. I even told her i would order a beer for me and juice for my son so we are not just taking up space. They need a larger waiting area if that's their policy. I will not be going back. If it wasn't for their cheese cake they would be just another bar and grill.

Literally terrible. The server I got was so rude, he didn't smile or welcome us at all, and then after speaking to the manager his response was "wow, he's one of our better ones" after the waiter argued with me about his poor service after I simply asked for a new table. HORRIBLE experience, I just got up and left. Not worth even being re-sat if the manager doesn't even have faith there will be a better employee.

Always have a good experience at this location. Its no different than any other cheesecake factory.

Would’ve been 5 stars but I took off one for the server. Can’t TOTALLY blame the establishment for a server that doesn’t do their job ‍️
Went in last night around 9: 30 after seeing a comedy show. Was seated in the bar area. Server J. C. (her initials) started out good. My Mom and I ordered the green tea and I asked for sugar. She never brought it. I had to ask the food server when he brought our food. To be clear, we ordered everything at once and when she dropped the drinks she was gone so fast, I didn’t have time to remind her about the sugar. I had a question about the dipping sauces for my appetizer, but couldn’t ask because she never came back to the table until we were done! We only ordered appetizers for there but I ordered 2 meals and 4 cheesecakes to go! Not a cheap ticket by far! What happened to touching the table within 2 bites of the food? Yes! Former server here‍️ I am a GREAT tipper! But I also expect at least good service! I’m not giving my hard earned $ out for poor work. And to be clear, she was NOT busy! I didn’t even see her on the floor. So next time, if you can’t attend to your tables AND do side work at the same time, wait till your tables are done please. Other than the server, food is ALWAYS delicious
I will definitely be back, just will refuse to sit with her!
