I always had issues with pick up. They were always late. Not to mention the staff probably don't like working there because it shows in the way they talk to customers. In house dining is a little better, food is standard cheesecake factory quality.

It was okay. Our server was delightful! I just don't see what the big hype is about this place. Made a reservation and I still had to wait 30 min because they didn't have many options to accommodate my party of 7. FYI if you plan to go with a party of 7 or more just know it's going to be a pain and long wait. Drinks were great and also mac & cheese balls, the kids menu pizza was freshly made and everyone enjoyed their meals. I think my dish was good just not delicious. I figured they're always busy the food must be really amazing. Not that impressed. Also it's the second time I ate here just at a different location and I still didn't think it was all that.

Love the food. Huge servings. I had to take home ant that never happens. Appetizer are good. Food was delicious.

Took mom to lunch last week. I ordered the sliders which were soooo good! Fries arrived cold and we're sent back. Replacement was hot, crispy and delicious. Mom had butternut squash soup which she loved. She had a Caeser salad chicken salad sandwich combo. The salad would had been awesome if they drained off the water before dressing it. Chicken salad sandwich was a bust, no flavor, bland.
Kitchen seemed to be under-staffed because food came out really slow for us and all tables around us. Our waitress did her best to be accommodating and pleasant.

First of all: can you believe they TOOK THE "Firecracker Salmon rolls" off of the menu? That was one of the best items on the Appetizer menu? !? The Cheesecake factory at Ridge Hill in Yonkers has an issue with keeping steady staff; they employ a ton of the young adults, so I'm assuming that's why the staff is always "in training" (and maybe not as reliable). On my recent visit, I was meeting friends, and I walked into the bar area, because that's where we usually like to sit. I look over and there are 3 high bar tables that are empty but there is food, plates and napkins all over the 3 tables! Apparently there had been "a rush earlier; but to not have someone on board to immediately bus tables is unacceptable. For the record, they quickly cleaned a table for me, as I was standing next to it; but the other 2 tables took at least 10 to 15 minutes to be cleared/cleaned. We are familiar with the manager John who is very nice.but again it often seems that he is short staffed, or has too many people in training at one time period. The the waiters and waitresses are Much nicer than they were acyear ago, so he has done a good job in hiring people who want to be there. Very LIKEABLE STAFF.that is good news! Last thing PF Chang's (which will open NEXT DOOR to Cheesecake factory in mid to late Fall 2018) will be giving Cheesecake factory a run for their money because I believe their training program is top notch in comparison with Cheesecake factory; I've noticed that their customer experience, no matter which PF Chang's you go to across the United States, is always very Good.

Excellent choice if cheese cakes. But the service was very very slow and the food was not at the standard it should of been for the price

Bad Day for Cheese Cake Factory.
So I'm not sure what exactly happened, this was our 5th trip to Cheese Cake Factory and it was the worst experience I've ever had. They placed us so close to the kitchen, that you could smell every odor coming from there. We watched as staff and managers alike talked over people's food that was not covered. I watched in abject terror as the head chef used his dirty fingers to fix a shrimp plate. He was holding onto the grill fixture atop the serving area. Just put his fingers in the plate to fix the shrimp properly on the plate and promptly lick his fingers. The food was horrible after watching all of that I could not summon the wherewithal to eat my meal. That was completely tasteless! Bring back the old days where time food was heavenly.

The drink was tasty but weak. I had to ask if I was given a virgin drink because all I tasted was pineapple juice and I think the bartender might have added water as opposed to vodka. I’d say stick to wine and bottled beers because the cocktails are only good for presentation.

I ask for "Americano" coffee and got regular water down coffee jajaja! Came here with a party of 7 and food took so long that the chef came personally to apologise. Food it's ok, but expected that. Great place to come with family and friends. But please if you order coffee here make sure it's what you ask for.

Usually quite consistent across all their locations in terms of menu and quality. Quality is usually just okay. Should focus on quality ingredients rather than massive portion sizes. Easy to get a table and staff were pleasant enough.

My parents from overseas enjoy it, but I never go without them. Always a better option nearby.

Great restaurant, good food, low prices, and it's located in a very peaceful environment. We come here for everyone's birthdays. Ridge Hill is very nice, has multiple restaurants, an Apple Store, Guitar Center, and Legoland.

I sat down to order at 11: 30am and got a salad, a drink, and a starter. The starter taquitos couldn’t be made and they rushed the next appetizer. Then brought out my dressing for my salad with no salad. Then brought out the nastiest bang bang shrimp I’ve seen. After another 30 minuets of waiting for the salad I had to leave. I left at 1pm with no food.

I love this place! The food was delicious, especially the cheesecake! The serves was great and pleasant. The prices were reasonable!

Party of 2. We only waited 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. We didn't have to wait long for the food and it was really good.

Wait was long. Server didn’t write order done. ‘Memorized’. Brought appetizer that included chicken when the order was quesadilla (menu description didn’t include chicken). My daughter cannot eat meat. Mistake was brought to manager’s attention, after a long wait. He said it would be removed from bill. It wasn’t. The wait to straighten out was so long, my family left after leaving payment. When someone mentions an allergy, as my daughter did, the servers should pay attention. What is she had a reaction? Allergies should be taken seriously. I don’t think the manager handled the matter properly.

Always have a good meal and a good time whenever I go I suggest you try the stuffed mushrooms my favorite

Food is consistently good. Great price. Seated fairly quickly. But it is noisy so be prepared for that. Otherwise really great place.

I’ve came here plenty of times and it’s always the same issue. I always hope the service would get better but it doesn’t. Getting seated is not the issue.waiting for a server to come to your table and get your order taken will probably take another 30mins after you’ve been seated. AFTER you get your order taken it’s another long wait time for your food to get to you.
