The Cheesecake Factory, Yonkers NY

Let me start by saying that I have never done any type of review before. My wife and son were here for the first time today 8/13/18. We ordered the kids meal spaghetti for my son, all of our drinks and an order of the small plate nuggets. We eventually ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and lunch meatloaf. All was fine until my wife noticed something brown in my son's spaghetti. I grabbed a spoon and picked it out hoping that it was some type of leaf but it wasn't. It was a dead roach in his spaghetti dish. DISGUSTING! Didnt think we would find something like this in Ridgehill of all places! We called the waiter over (very nice waiter btw) to show him what we picked out of our sons food. He was immediately apologetic and brought the manager over after we asked to speak with one. The manager came over and spoke with us (I think his name was Nilo) he took down my information and assured me that he spoke with the cooking staff and I would be receiving some sort of correspondence from corporate about this issue. He told us that we didn't have to pay for anything (we hadn't received our food yet, just my son's, some drinks and the appetizer). We left hoping that he would not forget what happened and would hold up his end of the deal and have corporate contact us. I added pics as well. Leaving a review on Yelp as well

Went on my wife birthday they have some really nice dining option. Must try their whole wheat bread offered on the side for free.

I just went to pick up some dessert. Thankfully, there was no line. I was waited on quickly and our selections were deelish. My only complaint is that the slices are too small. Considering the cost, you could be a little more generous with your slices; especially when some cakes have a lower-profile (in height) than others.

Depending on what time you get there the venue may be crowded and you'll have to wait for seating. Otherwise I have no complaints.

This was the "WORST" dining establishment I have ever been to!
From the seating to the dessert, everything & everyone that worked there was a disaster. I will never reccomend this dump to anyone.

We stood at the door waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. The waitress who served us our food didn't even offer us straws. The food was delicious, but the service definitely needs Improvement.

Went there with my husband and two kids. There was a wait, per usual on a weekend. One of my kids isn't old enough for a highchair so was told that they didn't know how long we would have to wait for a table that would accommodate our stroller. We figured not unreasonably long since it is a big restaurant. After waiting for about 30 minutes another family with a child in a stroller walked in and were seated after they waited for 5 minutes. When I brought this up to the hostess she unprofessionally said "watch watch they'll be back with the stroller, just wait". After all of that we decided to take our business elsewhere. Safe to say, not going back. I wouldn't recommend coming to this particular Cheesecake Factory if you have an infant in a carriage

Depending on the time you go, wait time may be longer than what you expect. But, aside from that, the staff were all amazing, helped natrow down dishes since there's so much you can choose from lol.the food itself tasted amazing.definitely recommending this specific location to anyone who wants to eat at the cheesecake factory.

I went to this place after graduation and the waitress I had was amazing. She was really sweet and was always checking up on us. But my only complain is that the untensils were dirty and I had to ask for new ones. Of course they were kind enough to give us new untensils but it should of been cleaned to begin with.

Food was delicious! Waiter could have been more attentive, especially since it wasnt as busy at the time but it doesnt take away from the flavor in the chicken and waffles.
