If you want golden door handles, all the amenities and apartments with a view of Manhattan - then no. If you care about a PERFECT location (several subway lines nearby), cleanliness in the bathroom and room, be sure to choose The Flat NYC. The room was small, but with the right arrangement of things you could survive a week. The bathroom was always clean (if you find crap on the floor, it won't help), the staff was very nice and helpful. Deposit released from credit card on the day of check-out. I definitely recommend it!
