Reserved in advance, cancelled just before the ride for a technical issue, limited possibilities to reschedule a new ride. Having other planned activities it has been really annoying. Lost a lot of time to understand what was happening.

The guide was great! He was a local and had an endless amount of knowledge of the area. The bus driver was an absolute pro and made the tour enjoyable.
