Very bad service and Rude staff. I want to return Amazon package the Barcode was little off print I told her to manually type in!
But the staff was rude. I had to park my car on meter. Wait in line. Who care? Not this location.
These kind of bussines should be closed soon.

I called earlier today. Im only asking about my package and the guy who picked up the phone wasn’t even nice at all. That I even have to asked him to be nice when I was asking the UPS customer service number. Aren’t you supposed to help your customer? Is that how you treat your costumer? By paying such an amount of money? Not even deserving for 1 star. Please be kind to one another. You don’t have to be rude. Specially it was your mistake.

Extremely slow service. There is no drop off service. They insist on everyone waiting in line even if you have a printed label and taped box. Even when the weather is bad they make a long line of customers wait outside instead of just letting you drop off the packages. Staff is rude and very inconsiderate. Letting groups of people stand together in a small space during a pandemic is irresponsible and risky. It shows that this store has made no changes to their processes to adapt to COVID-19. Took me 30 mins to just leave a prepaid package there! Go to the UPS store on Austin st instead. Service there is much better and faster.

The store is in a very good location, but customer service sucks. I dropped a package off and it was never scanned or delivered. When I inquired about it the manager was very rude and said it was not his responsibility.

Workers are blaming customers for every little thing and saying they are risking their lives to provide service which is ridiculous cause they are getting paid for their job, it’s not a charity and they always have an option to quit. Staff doesn’t seem neither responsible nor helpful.

Family owned local business with great services for small businesses. I see a lot of people complaining about tape. TBH I get really annoyed waiting on line for people to drop off their Amazon package without having the label printed and the package tapped. This store is is always busy! I imagine if they gave away free tape to everyone, it would be a big expense $$$. These reviews reveal more about the people who write them than the store.

Par for the course in Rego Park. Rude customers and equally respondent staff. Don't expect great customer service. But they get the job done.

I give 4 stars for package drop-off

If you actually need help though I recommend the store on Austin in FH.

Great place, no lines, great service. Scanned so many boxes one time, can’t believe they kept up! And they even juggled other customers while I went back to the car to pickup and drop off more packages!

This people are so rude. No wonder there are no lines. People don't want to come back. Had called in to ask a few questions and the person on the other line just hangs up while I'm asking another question. Tried calling back only for the phone to ring until the answering machine picks up. So disrespectful.

I've dropped off a few packages here and never had any issues. They sell boxes and packing materials, and they tape up your box for you.

I had prepaid shipping labels, so things always went smoothly.

Poor customer service by older man, he wasn’t able to print correctly regular A4 pages trying to assure me that he can does it only if I choose color print not black and white. Hah, seriously?

Horrible service here. They assured my package next day and it it took 3. Full refund but don't sell a service and charge if you cannot fulfill.

The worst experience in my life with UPS the manager at the office literally is an as*****, i went to return a package that I received in bad conditions from UPS and his answer was “ i don’t care I’m not UPS” please try to be aware of this office

Poor customer service by the lady. She wanted to fight me because i was not prepared and my box was not tape. Very rude lady. She was troublesome today. Amazon packages with one tape for the box. It is no problem with other ups store. But the lady had a huge problem! Extremely poor additute! It was not my first time going there!

Possibly the worst experience ever. Rude isn't even the best way to describe the customer service here. I will never go back there again.

Horrible service the old man first didn’t wanna give me my package because my name didn’t match I’m like get your glasses fixed and he said “ oh I can lose my job” then the old lady comes in and I said why don’t you focus on your customer mind Your business then I showed him my tracking and he gave me my delivery.

Laser Printing is awful, with spots on the paper. Charged me for every single sheet. Blamed it on my digital copy for being spotted.

Ups should hire more professional people. I go in to leave a package for one the guy drops it and he was very rude other customers was yelling at another employee like they should not work there
