The UPS Store, Rego Park NY

I print some pages Recently, a old guy serve me. He charge me a computer rental fee. It's confused, because I printed before. There is no this kind of fee. I don't think this is a good way to charge people more money just because she is hurry to get. This is like robe money.

And I have to say his attitude is bad and arrogant which made me feel uncomfortable when I come to print. I definitely will never go there to buy anything or get service anymore.

I go to this place very often and they always help me out but I see a lot people complain because they won't get what they want because they want free stuff.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, I never had any problems with them. They are quick and simple

Very convenient and pleasant! Last time I came in, there was a large volume of customers and I still managed to get service in a timely manner even though the staff were clearly very busy. Even though I mislabeled my package, the staff helped me figure it out and were very patient. I would definitely recommend this store!

I've never had a bad experience here! There are usually no lines and the staff are friendly and work very quickly. I recommend to all my friends in the area to use this specific store and they say nothing but good things about it! I will definitely keep recommending and using this location.

Horrible service not professional at all this old man that's in front of the counter. He gives me an attitude and tells me that he won't tape my package to ship back. His service sucks and willing to call the BBB on him

Awful customer service. Because I arrived 20 minutes before closing, the guy behind the counter started complaining. He told me he would charge me $1 to apply clear packing tape to two packages that didn't need much. I come into this location all the time, and when I told him this, he told me he'd never seen me before. Seriously? No loyalty to regular customers, complains when customers come in when OPEN, even if it is 20 minutes before close, and can't go even an inch to help a customer out.

Can ups shut down this place The couple who run this place are rude and absolutely no sense of customer service.
