Bought 2 beautiful rings from here for myself and my SO. Experience was great, Jovy Cheung was a pleasure to work with, and 10/10 will be coming back for future purchases.

Bought an item from another country on my travels. Found out that the item couldn’t fit my wife when I returned. Spoke to an individual via phone call from that store who reassured me that I can exchange the item regardless of where it was purchased. As I entered the store I was immediately profiled by an Al Roker wannabe who calls himself “The Ambassador”. He told me that they couldn’t help me because of the exchange rate, last time I checked precious metals cost the same on the international market. Then he ranted off on stock and then he said I’ve past my 30 days and I couldn’t be helped. I understood the timeline but the others sounded like nonsense. As a regular customer who has purchased items from Tiffany’s, I felt as if he profiled me by my color of my skin even though he was a shade darker than I was.

Waited 20 minutes and no one came to help me, as I watched people come in the door and get helped immediately. Must be because I’m of a darker complexion than the rest of the shoppers. Shameful esp in NYC.

I Always have an excellent customer service experience at Tiffany and Co.there's also unique designs for contemporary and "uniquely you" in their collections.

Tiffany's on Wall Street is visually ecstatic. All the chandeliers are made of a specific type of crystal. I felt I was on a movie set. The people helping me were courteous kind and lovely. Quite actually, I prefer this Tiffany's over the famous Audrey Hepburn one.

Karen in customer service was top notch. She helped me replace my broken chain. All the rest of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. This is why I choose Tiffany. Thank you.

The lady helping me (Annalisa) was very warm and welcoming. I was buying a necklace for my girlfriend for our anniversary. She seemed very genuine in her interest in what I had to say and in her advice. She even sent me a follow up email congratulating me and wishing me the best in school. Never have I been treated better as a customer, ever. Will definitely shop here again and recommend this store to anyone.

Ask for Angela - she was so sweet and helped me well. Did not rush me, and made me feel valued. We dressed casual, and at times other staff will look at you like you won’t buy anything, but she helped us for an hour or so and made us feel very happy leaving. Will recommend her to all my friends!

My husband and I went there last Thursday, we met Tony the Ambassador, an extraordinary man, he greeted us with a smile and treated me like a princess! Went in to look at buying a watch. 2 salespeople in entire store. Greeted by none other than security who was best part of this store. Salesperson in area only talked to one family, and ignored entirety of lower level. Awful, walked out. Sale lost. Commission lost. Customer lost.

Amazing experience. While browsing through the store, my husband and I were greeted by alll staff! Tony the ambassador particularly was extremely kind. We were celebrating our honeymoon when we were surprised by two glasses of wine! He also offered to take several pictures of us throughout the store! So thoughtful and such kind gesture - recommend this location to everyone!

Here you will be treated like Royalty as you should. Since money is power, its easy to spend it with the employee's here they are fantastic. I came here w. Boyfriend that was surprisingly there in the last month picking jewelry to gift me. Also to pick the diamond I loved maybe an engagement

A dream come true to visit Tiffany's foir th e first time! It was busy so there was a bit of a wait to get assistance with what I was shopping for but well worth it.

After visiting Wall Street, we walked into Tiffany' s. We where greeted by Tony who is an ambassador. Tony made is feel welcomed immediately.
