Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! The customer service is fantastic especially if you ask for Tony. I went in to buy some after shave that turned out to be discontinued and Tony went out the back of the store and found the last four bottles which he assumed no store had stock of. He also gave directions and advise as he knew I was visiting from overseas and just such a friendly and approachable person

Back in November my girlfriend and I were visiting New York and before our walking tour on Wall St set off we decided to go into Tiffany's just to take a look.
We were warmly greeted by Tony their ambassador and after chatting he learned it was my Birthday and partly the reason why we were visiting. We started to browse around and after a few minutes Tony appeared with a glass of sparkling wine for me! We were so surprised and delighted by this kind gesture.
We also got talking to Diana who patiently listened to what we liked and helped us find something special to remember our trip to New York.
We were thrilled with the service and because of Tony and Diana we will never forget our visit to Tiffany’s. We could not have asked for more and can not recommend going to this branch enough!

I was at Tiffany and Co.on Wall street this weekend, and i must say there is a nice variety, but the cost of the jewelry is very high. I did purchase a beautiful necklace, but it was costly.

Superb service and Pinnacle of consistency mark the products. Best values are in Crystal and silver. No better gift for occasions than a blue Tiffany box.

Had my bracelet serviced. The Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I just love Tiffany & Co. It's a NYC classic.

My favorite store to shop. Just Feel sometimes the staff can be a bit cold. This is just my feelings.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and loved chitchatting instead of helping us find the right size of the ring. We trusted his suggestion and just today, my husband's wedding bands FLEW OUT of his hands as he was putting on his coat on the street and we lost the ring and a fortune went along with it.

Me and my boyfriend came in to get an engagement ring for me. Showed a lady downstairs a photo of the one I wanted and she redirected us to upstairs. No one was there to help us or even offered. Very rude and would not reccomend this Location. So many more go to any of the others!

What isn't there to like about Tiffany's? ! Love feeling like Audrey Hepburn and looking at sparkly things.
