Tim Hortons, Cheektowaga NY

I love to go to Tim Horton's because of the breakfast sandwiches and the bagels I love tea and the donuts nice and fresh.

Awesome staff here. Clean place. Great customer service. Products are sometimes not fresh. I have visited about 3 times so far.

Was not open when I tried to stop for coffee overnight. Probably should say 24hrs if you're going to close. Especially dont have a message at another location directing people here for overnight service only to find it closed.

The line was 2 long it was a lot of people working but they were more catering towards the window instead of the people that were inside 15 minutes is too long to wait for a cup of coffee and sometimes when I go I ask for sugar and they always put cream in my coffee and I'll be very upset when I get home and find out I have cream instead of sugar

Tim hortons is the best coffee. Just be careful what store you visit some of them will do ya dirty lol

I love Tim Horton's on Genesee and Pineridge Rd. The coffee and bagels are always fresh. The staff are polite and professional!

Its a new building so its nice looking, dirty tables though which is common at every tim hortons. Some guy walked off with my order and they had to remake mine but it took them longer than usual (10 minutes) which I thought was not professional. If you have a mistake or unhappy customer you want to take care of that situation immmediately.

I love coming to this Tim Horton's! They always get my order correct. They have great customer service. I can be on the other side of town and I will drive all the way to this Tim Horton's just so my order can be correct.

Get donuts. Coffee too. Take out: a sandwich. Medium brew coffee is the best. Bits and hungry faves faces.

I was not very pleased with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. The wrap had slight burn marks on it from the grill. Plus it was not as friendly as I thought it would be. The cashier was quick and efficient but rushed me through with barely a smile. I've been to other Tim Hortons all over the Buffalo area and I've had much better reaction from the workers there than the one that I visited this morning in Buffalo.

Staff was rude. Did not give me a receipt and when I asked for it I annoyed the employee. We we rushed and there was no other customers in there. I guess we interrupted the downtime. I ordered a sandwich and asked for no cheese and egg. I was told that I would have to take it off myself. Will never go back and cut my order short because of the rude staff.

Going down hill. Your lucky if you get your order right let alone hot. They can't consistently toast a bagel or make a cup of Coffey.

I come here often and my orders are always correct and the service is fast as it can be for Tim Hortons.

Ordered a italion sadwhich and 10 timbits. The sandwich was some ham & cheese. Tomatoes lettuce. And mayo. All slack together. Really nasty. I called. Manger was very rude. Said there was nothing she could do. Cuz. I don't have a way back. I live on the westside. Iam not very happy.

Great food. LOVE the coffee. Orders can get mixed up sometimes but staff is always obliging and friendly if confronted.

It's a decent location. They try to be quick. They haven't messed up one of my orders in awhile also.

Like most timhortons I love the service at this particular one.the staff made me feel like I can take on the day with a positive optimistic outlook.even though it was close to closing time haha:)

Amanda needs to check hre attitude when she's talking to people over the drive through we had a simple order and told me that I ordered it wrong but as I asked her about it sh continued to say we were wrong about how we order me it when the sign clearly says exactly what I said i always come their and never had this problem before very in happy about the way we were spoken to and how the situation was handled

Tired Of Being Disappointed By Dim Hortons. Something's Always either wrong With My Order Or Wrong With the Taste. I give up. Never Again Will I spend money here. Good Bye!
