Tim Hortons, Cheektowaga NY

The sign says 24 hours with no difference in lobby or drive thru hours. Came by at 6 am, doors still closed and refusal to open them. Very much not the way to run a store.

Waited 10mins to even have my order taken and another 6-7mins for a doughnut and an overcooked hashbrown smh

10 a.m an no bacon or eggs! Must need a new manager. This place should be closed down. Service was slow as can b.

Very inconsistent at this location. Sometimes my coffee is off even tho I order the exact same thing each time. It should be the same each time. They some timee with toasting my English muffin or croissant.

Great Staff-very professional and 'mannerable' handling of orders and an aura of affable interaction with customers.

This am is awful coffee cold back in drive thru 2 get another coffee extreme long wait.never again

The service is hit or miss so are their supply of menu options specifically the donuts at times when I've gone there but it's clean and the location works.

The baker Chris is very polite and greets u as soon as u walk in I wish more of them can be like him

Nice staff. Manager was rude, wouldn't take my $50.00 bill. Limited food items always out of stuff

Always out of stock of something you decide to order, slow service every morning, rude customer service.
