Uncle Louie G's reviews
13It was about $22 for two shakes and a cone. Either I don't make enough money or prices are too high here.
Cute icecream and italian ices shop with only outdoor seating. I tried the cookies and cream (on the bottom) and cookie dough ice creams which were mediocre. However, they do have many other flavors that seem promising. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
After several laps around the Prospect Park loop, I get a QUART of Passion Fruit and they don't flinch. Best cool down ever.
Best selection of ice cream. Wish this location was closer to home. It would be nice to have Lactose free ice cream
Uncle Louie G’s is my to go places when I want a good milkshake. It was good as always I have no complaints
Avoid having "Sundaes" here. The waffle cup was stale, they have no hot fudge (other than Hershey's syrup), they were out of whip cream etc. Putting scoops of ice cream in a dish is something you can make at home. Also, a sugar cone was stale as well. Their ice cream is good, just not the things that go on it or under it.
Love the place! Its cute and the icd cream is so good! Everytime I got its usually around 12 or 1 on the weekdays and I always see the same employee, she is a sweet heart! That momma needs a raise!
It was really delicious ice cream. I will definitely be returning here
again if I stay around. We went on a cloudy day, but I will definitely
return when it's hot.
I had the chocolate fudge brownie. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and patient waiting for my order and providing suggestions. Thanks ice cream was phenomenal as well. Wish there was a clearer menu for sundaes.
After repeated visits resulting in bad experience we have decided never to return. This is no doubt the worst uncle Louie g.
There's many different flavors and a outdoor seating area just across from prospect park which is very nice.
Louie G's is the summer meeting place for Park Slope kids, and they have a lot of flavors. But, just in case, be ready to pick a different flavor, as they run out often. Staff are usually noninteractive, but they do make sure you have a spoon and some napkins. The hours
are unclear, sometimes they stay open as long as people are still coming, and they have enough ice cream.
Disappointing. This brand has some great flavors, if theyre in stock. Be ready to have several back up flavors because they have nothing that is on the chalkboard menu. It is a nice place to stop by on a hot summer day by the park
