Union Square Dental reviews
35 The staff is always friendly and professional.
Had a filling done that was painless including the numbing injection.painless magic
Great service starting from the front desk to the doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring doctors.
I’m glad I’ve been referred to the Union Square Dental. Will be using the service for all my dental needs.
My dentist left and no one told me prior to my arrival. Not thrilled with new dentist not that I had a choice I was already in the chair.
As good an experience at a dentist as it can get. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, the dental hygienist Carrie was very good, and Dr. Grytsenko was great. She has great bedside manner and kept making sure I was okay during my fillings. Highly recommend.
Everyone who works there is incredibly kind, patient, and excellent at their jobs. Dental procedures are not fun, but this establishment makes them comfortable and painless.
Staff were all extremely nice-from the receptionist to the dental team.everyone was kind, patient, and helpful.they explained everything and helped make a plan.
I went to the office as an emergency and had rootcanal done by Dr. Lobato-Wortman. It has been over 2 months and I am still in pain. My dentist now says I need my tooth pulled. I have had other rootcanals and I never had pain during the rootcanal and this doctor said it was normal since I was emergency. I should have realized she did not know what she was doing because now I have to lose my tooth. Also the front desk is was very rude.
Have been a patient here for years. Staff is courteous and quick, the Doctor is pleasant and gentle when more invasive dental work is needed.
Horrible Invisalign experience. They had no idea what they were doing. I wore my retainers all the time and had barely any results - they also chipped my tooth and tried to charge me for the final retainer after I wanted "out. " I switched to another dentist who is 10X better than this place.
I have been going to union square dental for years, and they have helped me maintain a healthy smile and set of teeth. Julia Kneselac is the best!
Best dentist ever! I only have good things to say about USD! I never wait, always on time. The work is beautiful that i have had done. Please switch and make USD your dentist too!
After going to many dentists over past 10 years as a New Yorker, I will never go anywhere else. Service and professionalism are top notch and they truly care about you as an individual, not just as another patient. Highly recommend!
I broke a tooth while eating dinner. Went to Union Square dental
early the next morning, without an appointment and was treated
immediately. Everyone was so helpful, especially Dr. Solovey who
repaired my tooth. Many thanks.
No one loves going to the dentist. Less when efficient, friendly staff and dentists are involved. I liked the fact that the dentist explains everything that is done and the cost transparency.
As far as any visit to a dentist can be described as pleasant these folks go out of the way to make that possible. From front desk to the Doctor herself everyone was very pleasant and helpful. A root canal and new crown fitting was pain free and devoid of unpleasant occurrences. Even the bill wasn't quite as bad as I had imagined!
