Ive rented a P. O. Box with them for a year now, so far, no issues whatsoever with this location, thanks.

Very disappointed 2x my package was never delivered to me and it said it was delivered to a resident whats going on? ! Than today they shoved my packages into a mailbox that was never suppose to be shoved my products are now spilled all over and are damaged. Every time I try to solve an issue or report a worker nothing gets solved and there attitudes are horrible.

Very helpful, patient and kind, looked for a package for me and tracking, they let me know it was on its way soon.

Everytime I come in I never have sn issue, not sure what others are complaining about. The ladies st the cashier have been great, maybe I caught them on a good day. I also may also I am not mean to them when it is my turn.

Very helpful and courteous! Customer service is at the entrance helping everyone and avoiding super long line for just a stamp! Excellent.

The tracking number shows that it was delivered at 4: 19 pm on November 29. Someone signed for it. I checked the camera and no one came to deliver the package. I don't know where my baggage has gone.where did you send my package to? I’m keep calling the office, nobody answer the phone, It’s Too bad.

Wish I could give zero stars. Staff was incredibly rude and condescending to me, constantly interrupting my questions and accusing me of being dumb for not knowing how flat rate boxes work. Avoid this location.

Woah. Nicest USPS experience in recent memory. The ladies here were helpful, patient, and courteous even while I and my packages were a complete hot mess. This is my new go to post office.

- If you are mailing a package, note that you will have to buy your own tape ($3.29) - they will not provide it.

- The clerk who served me was very professional and friendly.

- For “the city that never sleeps, ” in one of the busiest districts, it seems odd that it closes at 5pm (rather than at least 6 or 7.)

Don't be fooled by the low ratings-happy customers don't usually write reviews. I go weekly & it's usually a cheery experience-there are lines, but the staff work pretty fast. Office sometimes seems understaffed but that's an overall USPS problem that is not unique to this location.

Excellent friendly helpful courteous cusotmer service professionals workers and managers! My peeps! Everyone loves them!

This place deserves no stars. You are in line waiting to be seen, the staff is just ignoring you giving her back and doing her work instead of taking care of the customers. What type of people work here. You ask for help and their attitude makes you want to slap them. VERY VERY RUDE - ALL STAFF ARE USELESS. THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK THERE WITH GREAT PERSONALITIES. THEIR ATTITUDE STINKS. I WAS OVERCHARGED AND THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE AT ALL. PEOPLE LIKE THIS GET AWAY WITH A LOT- SOMEONE NEEDS TO READ THIS ASAP. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Gone here a few times and the employees have always been unhelpful. Recently brought 5 envelopes to be hand canceled because they are wedding invites and woman refused to do it saying “we dont do that here. ” USPS website says they do and all locations should. Had to go to another location and they were more helpful. Avoid this office if possible.

Terrible this people do not at all answer there phone. I have been trying to get in contact with them to find out where is my package since the online service has not been able to give me an update since may 22 2018

Worst human award.
I actually think they try as hard as possible to be rude here. Unreal that these people have government jobs. I actually just left, and I’m going to UPS to pay more to ship, to not give USPS the business. Your dollar is your vote and this place is actually the worst.

I go to this post office on my lunch break all the time, even when the line is long I’m out the door in 15 mins

Rotten experience. The teller is filled with bitterness and hatred for anything that walks in the door. I really tried. I smiled and asked her how she was doing. She hated me and wished I was not there. This place only earns my despite.

Avoid this place like the plague you call this place several times no one picks up.and their staff are very rude.the whole staff needs to be replaced.it looks like a senior citizens home the only thing they're doing is waiting around for their pension.whatever happened to a time when a job really meant something.well it looks like that went out the window! LOL! SMH!

I received an orange "we redeliver" slip in my mail box at my building, although my mailbox was empty. Why did I have to go to the post office for a box that is 9"x6"x2"? At the post office today, the rude clerks couldn't say why the carrier didn't deliver the box. I apologized for bothering them. If the clerks don't like people at the post office, the post office should at least have letter carriers that do their job. My neighbor had the very same experience!

Only 1 lady was very helpful. The others were rude and condescending towards me. Aren`t they there to assist customers? Why would I ever want to come back here
