Ups trying to steal my package. I will never have anything to do with Ups anymore. They keep telling me lies. Liar of the year. The driver said he attempted to deliver my package, but I was home I didn't see him. I requested the package to be delivered to Ups acess point, the driver lied and said the access point was not open. The Most corrupt and stupid carrier is ups.
5 people at home UPS claims they made a delivery attempt no sticker on the door. Now I have to be late for work to go and pick up my package. 0 stars UPS!
It's too bad。I called customer service several times and sent the package three times, but it didn't arrive at my home. I was also charged $12 for express delivery, but the delivery still didn't arrive at my home
I went to drop off a package and I was told they"re not accepting drop off only pick up. What sense does that makes if you've return the package at a certain time.
There is not much to say. Reading all other negative reviews about that place I can only add that that ugly place is well supervised and they don't care about their reputation. The chances your package (Brooklyn zone) will end up being processed through that ugly place is almost certain. UPS is an ugly choice.

Why does UPS leave packages on my front steps which is located clearly on the street, where people walk by. Everyone knows what a MACY'S box looks like with the big red star. Leaving this box on the street makes it very easy for anyone who is dishonest to steal. STOP it!
Missed delivery on first attempt so package was sent to to UPS access point. I’m ok with that until I come home and there’s a missed slip on my door. I call customer service to inquire as to why the driver did not deliver to Access point. I was told the location will call me back in regards to matter. No one returned my call and I return home again to final attempt notice. Called customer service again and I got the same response, the location will give me a call within the hour. Still no call and now my package is being returned. This is incompetence at its worst. The delivery address states that it should go to an access point and when I tried to change the delivery, because they were the ones that changed the location it would not allow any changes. The worst location and service.
Horrible! Today 9/20/19 at 9pm I went to pickup my package, greeted with an attitude and spoken to like if I had done something wrong! Unacceptable to talk to customers like this. Disgusting.
The pick up process is much easier the my previous visits. The customer entry is on 105 not Foster and the guards will remind you of that, not sure if you can still drive in because the truck use the same entrance. Yet, if you must pick up or signature is required then redirect your package for pickup at this facility.
I had quick service. I was worried because people said this place is crowded with long lines. But I was very surprised when I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
If you do business with UPS you will lose customers. They are NOT working on weekends and they deliver all the time afternoon when everybody at work.
Costumer service for usps its a night mare you could be waiting on the phone more than 30 minutes.
They need to out of business! I sat in front of my apartment building today waiting for a package, only to see that delivery attempt was made! When the customer service rep called the UPS dispatch on 10401 foster ave, Brooklyn, the driver told them he could not come back to this section for today when he never did come to this section.kmt. Guess the driver is not responsible to deliver packages, he does whatever he likes. Oh, my bad for ordering an item. Would NEVER be FEDEX!

Awful customer service there! If you ask them where is my package, the answer will be we don’t know or maybe inside the trailer. I had the worst customer experience with them, zero pay attention. UPS
Drivers steal from this location and they have sex in the back of the truck which is just nasty to have that on peoples packages. Someone from corporate needs to do something about this foster ave facility
Terrible! How do you forget to load the same 2 packages onto the truck 2 days in a row! 2 days of missed work thanks ups!
They should go on strike and go out of business. Always a problem when they have to deliver my package
