UPS Customer Center reviews
34Be careful.the workers in UPS goes in your packages and steal your items. They are notorious for going into the packages. They are disgusting
Worst place ever. Called around noon to say my package was there and asked me to pick up before 9PM. I got there an hour later and they said my package WASN'T THERE and wouldn't be available until 8PM. RIDICULOUS. Man at the front desk had me talk to a lady in the office that was rude and unhelpful. Worst experience I've had with a shipping company ever.
The most horrible location ever, worst customer service, they are not interested in helping you at all, UPS Should be ashamed of there selves!
This place sucks. I was called last minute that the package pickup was not going to take place and I was venting my frustration and was told, "I don't f****** have time for this and she hung up.
This is what leads society to take out their frustrations against companies.
I spoke with the employee of this Location (lady) she is very rude and talked with customer very unprofessional. Please CEO of UPS you should to check about your employees how they are personality.
The evening manager at the location is extremely unprofessional and rude. She was not helpful and needs to go back to customer service training. I am Very displeased with how she handlerd a situation that her driver flagged his job. She was not empathetic or sympathetic to their error. She did not give her name. She did not listen to the issue but rather spoke over me (the customer) getting everything wrong. Never resolving the issue.
They couldn't find my package, they send me to another facility only to find out it was not there.
Today a package arrived from h.s. N.a reclining chair. The lazy incompetent driver put it in my backyard, the only way I knew that was because I saw him leaving.he DID not knock on my door nor did he attempt to bring it to my front door, and if he could get it off the truck and use a hand truck to go across the street he could he brought it up five stairs.to the front door.i hope this lazy person gets FIRED.u. P.s stinks.
I had six packages need to be picked up by the ups freight. But the regular brown truck driver picked up by coincidence. When I realized that. I called the ups customer immediately. And the lady Mrs. Snowb** who from ups of Brooklyn office was very nice to assist me to find out my packages and even created a special case to let her team to process my case firstly. Thank you. You guys are the best!
UPS is the worst delivery service available. I would recommend USPS or FedEx over UPS any day. UPS apparently doesn't deliver on Saturdays. Both USPS and FedEx don't have nearly as many delivery issues as UPS. I ask all my vendors to not use UPS whenever possible.
You damn near have to pull teeth to get help from ups.customer service is ok depending on who services you that day
B-ball tickets due to arrive Monday for game Wed at noon - “sorting error” - now told I can get them Wed at 5PM, after the game is over. AND, although me and tickets both in Brooklyn, I can’t go pick them up (pretty sure they actually lost them)
They only let customers enter the site on foot though the entrance that is the farthest away from the subway station, and then you have to loop backwards to actually get to the customer center. Many people seemed to have had issues with their packages not being there as expected (mine was, both times I went). While I was able to get my package successfully, the guy outside in the lot made me worry it wouldn't be there. They ask for your address and look it up in a paper list of addresses that have packages waiting. He wasn't able to find me on his list but told me to continue inside anyway. Luckily, he was wrong.
Was told my package was there due to me not being home twice when they came. Third and final attempt I was home. They knocked on the wrong door! How do you mistake 4B (my door) for 4D? ! So anyways i went to collect my package, one of the workers (he was great forgot his name) told me that someone put it back on the truck to be delivered. I was very upset because i wasted my time to come there. He took my number down and said he will call me the next day when the package will be back. He did exactly that. I didn't get the package still. But he was great because of him i gave yhis review 3 stars it would have been 1
