I am. Always happy with Urgent-MD. I just moved to the area and I have taken my daughter there 3 times. The front desk is welcoming and friendly. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable Generally I do not have to wait a long time. This last time I had to wait a very long time and it was really hard for my 6 year old daughter who ended up having a nasty ear infection and strep. The Dr was great with my daughter who is petrified of doctors and did not. Loose her cool when my daughter started screaming and crying.
Overall, I will definitely go back again. And I recommend it to other people

Fast and caring! The staff has always made me feel comfortable even though I'm not feeling well at the time. This is my new go to facility.
Worst experience waited one hour to see the doctor in the waiting room when I went to look he was seen patients that came after me I didn't even see the doctor and they took my money Decided to go to another hospital instead
The service I received at the Cedarhurst office was exemplary. The staff was very courteous and caring, as well as the receptionist at the front desk. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
The staff were professional. The doctors were friendly, welcoming and thorough. My daughter laughed and was comfortable around the doctors. I did not have to wait a long time. The waiting room, bathroom, and examination room were all clean. There were hand sanitizer stations posted in the office.
